We were booked into this property and were advised 30 minutes prior to checking out of our previous accommodation, that this was no longer available due to a plumbing issue. The lack of empathy and customer service from the Sonder customer service team was stressful and frustrating, as we were left to sort out our accommodation needs. I found that there was still an apartment available in that building which was not offered to us as a substitute for such poor customer service. The did offer us two options, elsewhere in London, no where where we wanted to be. Extremely disappointing experience with Sonder. Motif were very helpful in assisting us to find alternative accommodation for the remainder of our 5 day stay in London.
