It's not a bad hotel in a pinch, but don't stay here for an easy, carefree, un-chaotic stay.
They're so concerned with being Eco-friendly and "techie" they forget that travellers usually want to relax when they get in, not have to traipse all over the hotel. The menu is too chic and extremely expensive. They do not offer room service, and more importantly, they do not offer a tea kettle in the room and force one to buy their tea and coffee (espresso only).
The bed is large but against the window, so if you're sharing with anyone, they'll have to crawl out over you, which makes for a lousy night's sleep.
It might be a better option in spring and summer, but in winter, the rooms are freezing, even when you've turned up the heating to the limit of 24C (75F). There was a definite draft coming through the windows from outside. And there's no way to turn the air-con off.
The only really good thing is that it is very centrally located.
