Would like to complain the front desk attendant
I have booked two Superior Rooms. The front desk attendant allocated us 1113 & 1116 room. But those rooms are terrible. It needs upstair 1 floor and then cross an bridge to another wing down stair 1 floor and then few steps need to go down. It is very hard for passengers to carry theirs luggage to do it. It can’t say that this wing is a hotel. The circumstance likes a low end apartment and the rooms are terrible. The next door of the room is a kitchen back door of a restaurant. The cleaners pull the garbages in there. It let us feel being discriminated. The front desk attendant she is not a good guy. If she is right, these such room are your hotel’s Superior Room, I can’t imagine how terrible of your standard room. This check-up experience make us whole family so disappointed.
