Lovely hotel with great staff. We stayed in a family room and had read the reviews before arriving and was expecting it to be tiny. The room was actually perfect for 3 adults and we had no complaints.

Apesar do quarto e o banheiro serem pequenos, a localização é fenomenal. Fica do lado da estação de metrô (linhas central amarela e piccadilly azul). Fui para todos os pontos turísticos de metro e ônibus, cujas linhas passam bem próximas também. Supermercado na esquina com cafés e alguns restaurantes. Eu não poderia ter escolhido melhor hotel. Caso eu retorne à Londres, reservarei o mesmo hotel. Equipe prestativa e educada.

Well designed hotel, with two amazing flaws. One is trivial. But how does a new hotel install a powerpoint so close to the front door of the room that it can't be used. And the new shower leaks onto the floor! Extraordinary in a new hotel.
