The room is spacious. As it operates in the form of an apartment, there is a pantry with dishwasher, the amenities provided are excellent. The staff are very nice and helpful. We had stayed for 8 nights, and we very much enjoyed our stay here.

The housekeeping staff do not clean the room proactively, and even when we asked hotel staff to clean, the job was not done properly. The hotel has a convenient location and a comfortable lobby, but the housekeeping is not proactive. We feel it could be arranged better.

This is my second time staying at this same hotel in 2025. Its nicely decorated, breakfast is nice, room is nice, staff is v helpful. Only hiccup is its distance from Paddington station is slightly further than expected. Stepfree path to the Elizabeth line is an at least 15mins walk.

A modernized apartment hotel, simplified check in and out processes, rooms are quite spacious and well equipped. Breakfast choices are just right and enough. Very near to Paddington station, easy travel to the city, will definitely consider to stay here next time.

Nice modern rooms. Much better in the ones that have large windows. Coffee machine and pod refills if you ask nicely on reception. Very good location to explore from. The staff on reception could not have been nicer. We had a fab stay for a few nights.

The hotel was excellent value for money. Walking into the lobby you are greeted by friendly staff who are very helpful. It smells like a spa as you walk in the door and there are some comfy seated areas. The rooms are well designed and clean. There are ample amenities in the room - dishwasher, coffee machine, smeg appliances. Bed & sofa bed are very comfy. Highly recommend staying here.
