"All of the staff was so friendly and so helpful. They really took their time to get to know you talk to you and laugh with you. The pools were beautiful and never really too crowded at all. The rooms were nice. We did not have serenity and it was just fine. Did not feel like we missed out on anything and it was so nice having the hot tub. Most of the restaurants were really good. Just remember to bring a pair of nice dress pants for guys because it’s required for a restaurant or two. Really the only negative thing I could say is that it’s a little bit of a drive to some of the activities we wanted to do, but besides that this resort is phenomenal and we will definitely be back! "
