A very special thank you to Edwin, Manager on Duty, who turned my birthday trip into an unforgettable experience after learning it was a birthday surprise from my husband. The room decorations, champagne, and cake were such a beautiful and touching gesture. I felt incredibly valued. The food was excellent, the shows were fantastic, and the beach was beautiful with plenty of loungers and clean towels. We were truly sad to leave. This hotel sets the standard for hospitality — we will definitely return."
