Don't be fooled by the pictures. The rooms have seen their better days. It's not a 4-star hotel...it's 2,5 stars.
We found a quite big stain of blood on the wall in the toilet (yes, the shower and the toilet are separated). I informed the reception and wanted to change the room but it turned out it was fully booked. Though she promised that manager would be at my door at 9am (which never happened). Then the receptionist came with a sponge to clean the wall...and you'd never gonna believe it, she had no gloves. Just washed the blood off with the sponge and no gloves. So you can think about their cleaning procedures and safety measurements.
Not mentioning the shower...half of the bathroom is flooded after you took shower. And the water is barely warm.
The day after I've told at the reception that the manager had never appeared. And the answer was that I should've come down to reception at 9am. This is how they value guests. I should've searched for them not the opposite. No apologie note, nothing. I've stayed at Novotel in many countries and all of them were the top but this one is the worst.

Heerlijk hotel, goed ontbijt. Schoon en goede bereikbaarheid met metro (5 min lopen) en goede garage onder hotel. In de buurt veel leuke restaurantjes.

Uhygienisk romoppsett
Det var for det meste greit standard hotell, men en ting som irriterte veldig, og som jeg anser som ekstremt uhygienisk: Egen toalettrom uten vask i rommet.
