The staffs threw my personal belongings .
Be careful of your luggages when you put them in hotel storage. I gave the hotel staff some luxurious good empty boxes and told them I will come back to take these boxes in two days. After two days they just threw it away! No compensation and no apologies !

No hot water to shower. Ask for help to change room. But they only provide borrow another room for us to shower. But Won’t change room for us. No bottle water supply as they say the are environmental protect hotel. Please remember to buy yourself otherwise they will charge you 3 euro fir each bottle no matter how many days you stay.

Aufbackendes Brot & Croissant. Mufins, Kuchen, Orangensaft aus der Tüte, Billigware, vermutlich Supermarkt. Kaffee wie Automat im Spital.Rührei Brei total unappetitlich. 👎Geschmacklose Bilder hängen schief, Aussicht auf leere weisse Haufen Bausäcke 👎TV Programm französische Sender mur wenige ausländische Sender, deutsches Fernsehprogramm gibt es nicht. Nachfrage bei Rezeption, man könne ja die Sprache beim TV ändern??? 👎👎👎

Hôtel bien situé dans le 9ème dans quartier calme.
La décoration de le réception de l'hôtel est peu accueillante. Matériel de construction entreposé dans le Hall ! Chambre confortable, très bien insonorisée et spacieuse. Petit Déjeuner buffet avec beaucoup de choix.

Hotel fabuloso

Good, but not as good as the first time.
We've stayed at the Hotel before and loved being in room 502 because it had it's own terrace. We requested the same room but I mentioned to the front desk that the terrace lights were not working and therefore nothing was done about that. We compromised the space in the room for the terrace but if the lights were not working, we could not be out on the terrace after dark. The wine glasses and dishes from the honesty bar were dirty. They required cleaning, they had a lot of dust built up in it. There was times where I had to wash them myself before using it. When we first stayed at the hotel in March 2023, it was not like this. I'm not sure if it's because there was construction going on but this second stay did not live up to par compared to our first time there. Still, overall, we enjoyed our time and the staff was super friendly and courteous. We would still definitely stay there again. but definitely hope things are better/cleaner without construction. Also, a warning that the hotel is undergoing construction would have been nice prior to us booking.
