This was my first trip to Paris. Clementine and the rest of the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, whilst the room was warm, comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was good with a wide choice at the buffet. Besides being close to tram and metro stations, it is a straightforward twenty-minute walk, if you are a jazz fan like myself, to the famous and historic Le Bal Blomet club. The hotel offers very good value and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was great for our family of four. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The bed was really comfortable. Bus stop outside the hotel took us right to Eiffel Tower in less then 25 mins! Walking distance to the train station made it easy to get around the city and even Disneyland Paris.

We stayed in Suites 113, room is spacious and bed is comfortable. However, room is next to the main road and above the metro track. Very noisy and wont recommend staying in this room. Staff was kind and always willing to help. Will stay in the hotel on my next visit and located mins away to metro and tram station.

Our overall stay is great. The hotel is in perfect location, very close to metro station with good restaurants and bakery within 5 mins walking. They offer free tea/coffee/hot chocolate which is a bonus. Just be aware that the bathroom is very small and if you stay in 7th floor, the tiny elevator stops in 6th, which means you have to walk up 1 floor. For us, it’s no problem. Highly recommend.
