Except that, the room service & the staff's English level are suboptimal. We have to carry our baggages t ocheck out even if we've notified the staff we're leaving. Also the breakfast is below average.

Excellent Service and Beautiful Stay!

Ottimo boutique hotel
Hotel piccolo ma con camere molto ampie. Noi eravamo in 3 ed avevamo una camera standard grandissima, con un ampio salottino, camera ampia, bagno grande con doccia e vasca jacuzzi, cabina armadio ampia. Accoglienza perfetta, la signora ci ha mostrato la camera e offerto un drink e cioccolatini. Piagiami e biancheria letto e bagno di ottima qualità. Colazione molto buona, abbiamo anche fatto il pranzo di Natale ed una cena ed abbiamo mangiato benissimo (ristorante aperto anche al pubblico). Hotel non molto vicino alla metro, ma vicino ad una fermata autobus. Comunque si arriva in un quarto d'ora alla zona piu cemtrale, zona tramquilla e sicura.

Oppdagelsetur og bursdag i Kyoto
Vi hadde ett fantastisk opphold hos dere. Fra første stund følte vi oss veldig velkomne og vi følte hele tiden der ønsket å gjøre det lille ekstra for oss. Også tusentakk for måten dere ordnet for bursdag. Det satt vi veldig pris på. Rommet var stort, moderne og flott. Det inneholdt walkin closet, adskilt bad og toalet. Badet hadde badekar med bobler, god dusjplass og generell god plass. Toalettet var moderne og teknologisk smart. Senga var stor og god. Personallet var vennlige både i resepsjon og i restaurant. Beliggenheten til hotellet var også bra, ligger enkelt til med to togstasjoner i begge rettnigene med 10/15 mins avstander til hovedområder i Kyoto. Vi anbefaler alle som reiser til Kyoto dette hoteller. Som kanskje var vår beste hotell opplevelse noen sinne.

また行きたいホテルでした
部屋の雰囲気が気に入って観光先にもアクセスが程よい場所だと思って予約しました。まず、デザインは予想以上に素晴らしく居心地もかなり良かったです。朝ごはんも美味で、スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で大満足でした。海外の方々も多く来られるようですが、ホスピタリティに満ちた対応をされているようでした。

Awesome, unique hotel. All the rooms are designer rooms with totally different feel and look. Amazing little hotel. Close to subway station. Only 15 minutes from Kyoto main station. Staff was fantastic! Restaurant had amazing dinner and Japanese breakfast was spectacular. Thank you staff!

10/10 beautiful boutique hotel. Stayed for 2d1n with my partner. The room was amazing, great overall mix of modern/traditional design. We stayed in the red themed room which was randomly assigned I believe based on availability. The room amenities were fabulous, with even his/her loungewear/pj's and bathrobes for our use that were actually really comfortable. The bed was amazing, the pillows were flat but I guess that's just the standard preference in Japan. The in room jacuzzi/hot tub was lovely but the Jacuzzi function didn't work. Unfortunately towards night time (9pm) the wifi was extremely weak in room and we had to use our own portable wifi to even just go on social media on our mobiles. We tried to get assistance from the staff but unfortunately we had spoken communication (English) issues with most of them. However they were all super sincere in trying to help us to the best of their abilities which I'm so greatful for. Location wise was great, close 5-10min walk to 7-11, metro and bus stations. Overall will definitely recommend this for a romantic short trip.

Staff were all so helpful and nice, the room was a great size and had some amazing amenities. Stay here if you plan on being near Kyoto Imperial Palace, it's not far from nishiki market and some other attractions as well

Love the design of our suite. This city is walkable and you need to walk so be ready. The metro station is within 15 minute walk, the bus stop is about 10 minute walk. There is a terrace where you can take your own drink. The hotel is quiet and secluded, not much happening here. Loves the welcoming gift and the refills on the mini bar. Book the Japanese breakfast it’s a great experience.
