Só vale a localização.
O quarto é extremamente apertado para 3 pessoas. Aperrado ao ponto de não ser possível caminhar lá dentro. Não deveria ser vendido quarto triplo. Eu tentei pagar um upgrade mas a recepcionista me disse que todos os quartos eram do mesmo tamanho. O carpete estava molhado. Chegamos depois do horário de check-in estabelecido e nosso quarto ainda não estava pronto e quando subimos, para tomar banho, nenhuma das amenities (shampoo, condicionador, sabonete) estavam abastecidos e demorou 2 dias para abastecerem. No geral, o único ponto positivo foi a localização.

Great hotel
Location, location, location. One block away from champs elysees. The subway is 2 minutes walking and there is a monoprix right next door, very convenient. The lobby very comfortable. The room was small but very pretty and super clean. The robes, slippers and towels are pink and look brand new. The in room coffee was delicious. The staff was very courteous and kind. After we checked out, I realized I left a wallet with 500 € in the safe and the staff was very concerned and helped me locate it and stored it for a couple of days while I arranged for it to be picked up. I appreciate and value their honesty very much. Thank you for everything we had an amazing time. Definitely will stay here on my next trip to Paris.

Quarto pequeno mas muito bom!
A localização do hotel é incrível! Fica entre 2 estações de metrô e tem uma boa boulangerie na esquina de trás. Fica a 1 quadra da Champs Elysee. O quarto é MUITO pequeno. Não tinha espaço para colocar as malas. Tivemos que colocar em cima da cama, pegar as coisas, fechar e empilhar as 3 malas. O banheiro era muito bom, assim como a cama de casal. A terceira cama era “cadeira-cama” e era boa. As toalhas de banho eram grandes e macias. Tinha roupão e chinelos para os 3 hóspedes. Ótimos itens de banheiro (shampoo, condicionador, sabonete, cremes e amenidades). Não tomamos café da manhã no hotel, por isso não posso opinar.

Nice hotel.
The hotel is decent for Europe. The internet didn't work for a day which was very inconvenient as we were on a business trip but then they gave us free breakfast so it was okay.

Ihastuttava hotelli ja huoneet. Todella mukavat sängyt ja kaikki laitettu kauniisti. Siistiä ja puhdasta. Asiakaspalvelu ei ollut ystävällistä ja aamiaisella (lisämaksusta) vaihtoehtoja oli vähän ja patonki, leikkeleet, munat ja mehu loppuivat kesken eikä niitä saanut lisää buffetin.

Avoid .. ruined day in Paris
******* Ruined my day in Paris by booking a night here. I checked in on Saturday and realized this is not really a 4 star hotel. It is run down with a smell of mold mixed with cleaning solution in all the rooms and floors. The door handle is broken and old fixtures. Some rooms don’t have heat in winter. The elevator squeaks and feels very unsafe. The bed is uncomfortable and feels cheap with springs in back. When I arrived the carpet was wet. Only later I realize that The shower doesn’t drain and spilled all over the floor of the bathroom! I did not want to stay here but the customer support didn’t exist! There is only one woman working at the front desk with no manager in sight. I asked for refund due to smell and condition of the hotel. After waiting with no answer the woman at the front desk said the manager only approved me for a refund of one night. I had to stay the first night or I would lose the amount I paid!! The hotel pictures and name are different than when you book! The pictures show hardwood floors but all of the rooms have a dirty old smelly carpet. Used toilet paper wasn’t even replace but put a stickers on the old rool. One tea bag and one coffee pod for the room 😂.

Last min stay
