location is everything for this

location is everything for this hotel. 3 Minutes away from Montparness train station by walk. Easy access to city (5-10 minutes metro). We've booked 2 rooms (4 bed and double bed). The 4 bed-bedroom is actually a 'house' (with living room sofa bed on the ground floor and master bedroom on the 1st floor) to my surprise so it's got some privacy for the 2 couples. But my friend who stayed in the double room in the main building finds the room TOO small that they can't even open their suitcase in the room. But you're on a budget travel in Paris, it's ideal as it's close to everything.

En premier j'ai déchanté, la chambre bof et la salle de bain vraiment horrible, rikiki, moisissure et pommeau de douche tout noir. Je suis aller râler et on m'a donner une chambre qui correspondait aux photos et une salle de bain refaite à neuf. On m'a également offert le petit dej et vraiment personnel très sympas.

we basically stayed in our room to sleep, shower and get ready for the day. I wasn't happy with the original room they assigned to me so i told the concierge and the next day they showed me 3 possible rooms I can choose from. Robbie is very accommodating to my family. The staff is friendly as well. The location is perfect! walking distance to Edgar-Quintet station and theres many areas to eat, shop and drink. it is close to 5 corners and areas are not so far, easy uber rides and taxi to major attractions.

初めての利用です。オーナーをはじめスタッフはとても感じ良かったです。シャワールームが超狭くて困りました。洗面の排水も悪く、水回りを気にされる方はお勧めしません。夜はとても静かで良いのですが、その分お隣の部屋の声が響きます。地下鉄の駅が近いので交通は⭕️です。

Very poor service and maitenance.

Hotel room has not been locked or unlocked for 6 days. It is a scathing indictment of French Hotel Service. In general communication in English is not easy except one manager. We have not recived any apologies for the room 61 not working for 6 days

Le très grand avantage est que l'hôtel est en centre ville. En contre-partie, le plan de travail dans la chambre est vraiment restreint et on peut à peine se tourner dans la cabine de douche tellement elle est étroite et je ne suis pas gros (78 Kg pour 1,80 m). Sinon rien à dire sur le service.

Learn some French it goes a long way. Great location, 15 min walk to Port Royal station to get to and from airport, about 2-3 min walk to the m-6 and m-4 metro, lots of food everywhere very close to the catacombs, and other large attractions. Very safe location. Great staff very helpful and very nice when I accidentally butchered their native language. Very understanding and even taught me a couple words in French! Would highly recommend and will be looking to book there next time I go back. Not so good things: they say AC but it doesnt work. There is an ac looking appliance but we could not get the temp to change at all. So don't rely on that. Shower was incredibly cramped. 6'7 so yea very difficult to shower. If you want to turn on the lights and outlets you need your room card to be inserted into the white box thing next to the door. If it's not in there the lights and outlets won't work. Just fyi. Not an actual issue but we both never seen that before and it took us an hour or so to figure out lol
