The breakfast is excellant. However, there were many minor details which were not caring enough, given the relative high price of the room. For instance, I requested for an early check-in during booking but the room was at least an hour later than the quoted check-in time. Moreover, there was supposed to have two bathrobes all the time, which was not so and even no bathrobe was provided after the room was cleaned!
Not to mention the fact that the shower pressure was really weak!

Unfortunately, our check in process was terrible. We had traveled all day and did not expect our rooms to be ready when we got there at noon so booked a tour and came back around 4:30pm. When we came at noon the person at the front desk told us she didn't know when our rooms would be ready because the family in them had a late check out. We did not need to be in the rooms until 4:30 so we didn't worry about it. when we returned at 4:30 the rooms were still not ready and we were told there was nothing they could do, the rooms just weren't ready. This is a 5 star hotel which charges 5 star hotel prices... check in is at 3pm. The staff was rude and unhelpful. We have stayed at numerous luxury hotels and have never had such a terrible experience.
Not only were the staff unhelpful but the service for breakfast was equally bad. Cream for the coffee never came, the orders were not taken properly and we were overcharged both mornings. Overall we were very disappointed in our stay. The only very friendly staff was the doorman.
