"The maintenance staff was exceptionally nice. The rooms and grounds were clean and beautiful. The spa apparently closed their lounge and they don't let you know that when you book your appointment. That really takes away from the experience. Apparently they're renovating. The services were still good, just not what we were expecting. Everything else was truly a memorable experience!"
