Pros: Great Hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. Self parking is super convenient, open spots all the time. Casino, restaurant and stores area is nice are modern.
Cons: Hotel attracts families because of their beach area which is spacious and beautiful with multiple pools for all choices, but I feel they want to make a profit on the back of families who feel they will find shade in the pool areas. They won't unless they pay hard $$$, and believe me you will bake in the summer. The whole beach area has free long chairs, but umbrellas are not free. Instead, they charge $100 for one and they are in limited areas only. You have to rent the chairs next to the umbrellas which are also $100 each. Forget about renting a cabana, they charge $600-700 per day. Just outrageous prices that hurt families.
The wave pool is fun but will produce a tiny wave every 5 minutes, not the kind of wave pool you find in water parks. Unfortunately, by the end of the day, you will find trash in the pools at the beach: cups, plastic bottles, and other debris, specially in the wave pool.
Fridge: In your room you will get a small fridge, pretty standard, but they don't allow you to use it unless you pay $50 per day. That is a service that every other hotel gives for free. Again, a high price for services that hurts families. They could be the perfect family resort, but they exploit families for a profit that could be easily gained back by people returning. Visited the week after Memorial.
