Restaurant great hotel not great
The rooms had an extremely funky smell. It was hard to sleep with the smell but we got there late and had no option of looking for another place to stay. Hairs on the sink and towels were extremely old and see through. Hotel has great potential but needs allot of TLC. Restaurant- food and service was great. Restaurant great, hotel not great at all.

Não reserve esse hotel!
Ao chegar e confirmar check in foi me dado um quarto minúsculo sem ar condicionado, o que era o contrário da minha reserva. Fiz a reclamação e felizmente havia um quarto duplo com duas camas de casal. O banheiro de ambos os quartos tinha cheiro de esgoto sanitário e não possuíam janelas, além disso, o banheiro parece ter sido incluso no quarto, uma construção a parte e que não dava intimidade ao uso do sanitário. Porta de vidro sem fechamento completo, deixando sem nenhuma privacidade. Paredes internas do quarto mofadas e roupa de banho extremamente gastas e furadas. É pura enganação, existem melhores acomodações com melhores preços. Me senti enganado!

Clean room, but bring your own towels
The towels are dingy and full of holes. I'm not picky, don't need lux towels to be happy, but we were given towels that looked like rags for mopping and they were full of holes. I took pictures but feel bad sharing, I feel bad leaving this review because the staff was great and did their best to make our 1 night comfy. I just think that if I'm paying over $100 to stay in a hotel, guests should get at least a decent towel. The room was big, comfy; location is great; staff es great, and that made up for a lot.

Did the job, but wouldn’t stay again.
The staff were friendly but it was a bit of challenge as no one on staff spoke English. The rooms were okay - we booked a double bed as two friends traveling but the bathroom was open plan so there was no privacy. The shower flooded each time you showered and often was cold water. If you wanted privacy to get dressed/undressed you had to do this in the shower which a bit of a throwback to hostel vibes (without the cheaper price tag). The housekeeping service was very inconsistent - some days forgetting to give us towels, forgetting water, or some times not coming at all. The cafe down stairs is nice, we worked from there most days. But it produces a lot of noise early in the morning and you get woken up at 6am each morning. The rooms are loud and no windows, so no natural light or fresh air.

La verdad si me quedé inconforme ya que reservé la habitacion master suite por que ofrecía una tina y pues cuando llegue me dieron otra habitación no la que yo reservé y sin tina. Prometieron ver si podian solucionarlo pero ya no me dijeron nada.

Es un buen lugar para quedarse, es céntrico pero cierran sus puertas a las 8 de la noche y hasta alrededor de las 6:00 las abren, puedes salir a cualquier hora y ellos te abriran, esto supongo por temas de seguridad pero bueno yo llegue al hotel a las 6:30 am y me asusto mucho verlo cerrado pero siempre hay una persona que se queda y abre la puerta, en servicio son muy atentos y muy amables, lo cuartos estan bien solo que si esta el detalle de las puertas transparentes y que no cierran en su totalidad porque son de vidrio

El baño no me gustó nada, no tiene privacidad ya que no tiene pared, son sólo vidrios, el área de la taza de baño ni siquiera cierra la puerta, al igual que en la regadera, además en esa zona no tiene donde colgar la toalla, para que tomen en cuenta los viajeros que piensan hospedarse ahí, yo la verdad no volvería a ese hotel
