Upon arrival noticed that the stove had a huge hole in it. Followed the check-in instructions and called the provided number within the specified time frame to hear that the office was closed. Talked to the reception person and she said that I should deal with the company that I used to book the condo.
There was zero effort to address my inconveniences (I booked a room with a kitchen for a reason and had to find a way out on my own, as I did not feel safe to use an electric stove with exposed wires).
Overall it seems that the management is unprofessional and does not value customers.
