I booked this hotel for 2 nights on 25th of June 2025 due to flight delay. I paid full amount for 2 nights on hotels.com. However when we checked in the hotel request $50 security deposit which we paid on card. On checkout with no extra charges to pay, we request this deposit to be returned in cash as we are leaving US. However the receptionist informed us that it will be returned to our card within 3-5 working days for sure we don’t need to worry. We trusted the hotel and left without the deposit returned in cash. But after 2 weeks we still have not received the refund. We were clearly scammed and I would not advise travellers to book this hotel.

Was accused of using the room when it wasn’t used I checked in and received my key and left after my key was received. I went to a restaurant and I was out for two hours. I came back to actually go into the room and it was disgusting. It was things all over the sheets immediately went back to the front desk and told him that it was things on the sheets and I need to change the room. They told me I already checked in and said that I use the room I said, sir I never even checked the room out after I received my key. I went to get dinner. He accuse me of using the room and hesitant to give me another room. I was accused of something that I did not do I told him I was a Hilton members. He didn’t honor me late checkout, or gave me a goodie bag. I really like this place, but I don’t like how I operate being disrespected and accused of something. I don’t know what else to say but I would like a full refund, but I’m not worried about it.
