This is our second stay at this hotel and we will be happy to stay again. There are little extra touches that make it special, like free bottles of water, fresh coffee and a very nice breakfast. The staff are very helpful and friendly and make you feel very welcome. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are very clean. Happy to recommend this hotel to other travellers.

The service was good. However we found the rooms smaller than expected.

Fantastic location, reasonable sized room But Only reasombal size because someone could not come, s sofa bed was turned back into sofa Would have been far too small for three - or even four - guests Very grubby carpets throughout, grubby quilt covers, only one bedside lamp, which did not work, and despite reporting it, was not replaced Three bulbs not working - showing no attention paid by any staff to state of room Wet, used, presumably dirty, towels on back of bathroom door Room not cleaned (I went out at 11am) Breakfast ... not good. Mini cereal boxes, muffins, croissants, butter jam Continental breakfast in most places includes hams, salamis, rolls etc.Breakfast 'room' - actually just the reception - was tiny, only seated 5 people Bed was comfy, pillows were flat - needed four just to sleep Pretty good wifi Couch was not comfortable, but to be fair was not intended to be used as a couch Staff were all pleasant, but unable to address any of he issues

This place doesn't look that impressive from the outside, but appearance can be deceptive. Inside the rooms are actually very nice. Little touches like plenty of tea bags and the fancy lit wall panels mean once inside it is a nice place to stay. Breakfast arrangements a bit odd. But overall very good value for money. Have stayed twice for work and will use again when in the area.

Very good value in clean, modern room. Breakfast was included. It was available in the small reception but you can choose to eat it there or take it back to your room. Coffee, other hot drinks and bottles of water were freely available. Easy walking distance from Paddington train and Underground stations. Pleasant and friendly staff. Air conditioning was easy to use and quiet. Would stay again.
