This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had. The door frame was coming away from the door and unsafe, mold around the bathtub, shower broken for three days, missing blinds, so you could not close them, dirty pillow and blanket. The list goes on and on. I would avoid staying here at all costs. This was a family trip and the conditions of this apartment were horrible.

For the price, it was a great property that met my family's needs. There was plenty of room, the area was quiet, and the unit itself was in very good condition. All in all, if you're staying in the area, this is a great choice. It is in a full residential area, so there are the inherent drawbacks. An excellent full scale grocery store was a twenty minute walk, a local shop 5 minutes, but other than that, shopping and dining options were extremely limited. It is also a little further away from transportation stations than we anticipated. .

My family and I arrived to the custodian cleaning. Was informed that the previous renter overstayed. When we went inside, the apartment was dirty in many places. So, we did a through cleaning. The space was sufficient and quiet. At night it did get chilly. Tried trying on the heater, but it didn’t work. Internet was provided and had a great signal. We received extra supplies upon request after the 7th day as advertised on the info sheet. Overall, the stay was great and convenient for children, as there’s a park across the street, a conscientious store up the street, and public transit.

Perfection (pictures taken after we left)
It was better than expected. Definitely highly recommend. 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and a pull out sofa bed accommodated the 5 of us. It was perfect even if it was last minute. The only advice I can give is if you order take out or Uber or a taxi for some reason it’ll give them a different address which is behind the building just make sure to be very thorough. Other than that it was perfect. PS- all the pictures were taken after we left so its kinda messy but when we got there it was flawless.

Customer service is lacking. Aparment sufficient.
I found the apartments sufficient. My biggest issue really was the service. After calling the man onsite and requesting help with directions and access and explaining that I was without a computer or internet and with 1 and 3 year-olds he proceeded to insist that I check my emails and WhatsApp for a message that he sent earlier instead of assisting by verbally relaying pertinent details. Then when I got there I called a second time for assistance and received the same response despite being on site and still not having internet. It turns out that the details he was referring to were not actully sent untill moments after the 2nd call (according to app timestamps) and as I didnt have internet access I wouldn't have got it anyway. His colleague was retrospectivly far more helpful with his concern and messaging but I had worked it all out by then. It was humorous to get a request for a deposit about that was over 3x the value of the booking.
