They cancelled on us as we were standing at the door, leaving a family of 5 stranded in London without accommodation between Christmas and New Year... not nice!! I booked the apartment in August already, then tried contacting them from 9am on the day of check-in to arrange check-in, but no response. Eventually at 2 pm Hotels.com managed to get hold of them and they said they couldn't accommodate us. Kudos to Hotels.com for arranging alternative accommodation (albeit 1 family room instead of a 3-bedroom apartment due to short notice).
I wouldn't trust this establishment again.
