The apartment location in Bayswater was great. Walkable to 2 tube stations, plenty of food and grocery options nearby. We had a small issue but they management was responsive and got it fixed the same day.

Positives- Property is very modern, two decent sized bedrooms, one with en suite, plus another bathroom. Easy 10/15 min walk from Paddington, but longer than an 18min walk to Hyde Park as described. Negatives- Huge construction works going on directly across the road, which are exceptionally noisy outside bedroom windows, and start at 8am every day. Check in bit of a disaster as the Cleaner had taken the keys from the pick up and was still in the flat when we were eventually let in. She was rushing like mad to get the clean done and didn’t leave towels for one of the bedrooms, so we had to make do with what we had. The assistance line was really helpful even though there was a massive confusion, and they gave us 30 mins extension on check out for the inconvenience. The above though could be a one off, so I haven’t let it affect my review rating. Overall a good property as a London base, with the biggest negative, the construction across the road that will be ongoing for some time.

The location is not bad. There are 3 subway stops within walking distance. There are also lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The major issue is communication. The people that ran the renting process do not communicate well. They did not answer some of my emails in a timely manner. Trying to find our keys was a very difficult process. The flat itself was nice and roomy and slept are family of 5 easily. However, there were also things about the room that were problematic. Namely, the tiles in the bathroom kept cracking when we walked into the bathroom.

Pros: The property was quite spacious for London. It was in the mid 80's during our stay and the AC was wonderful. Location was good with lots of dining options and a short walk to Bayswater station. Even though there is construction directly across the street it was very quiet. Cons: Squeaky floors. Dryer didn't work. miscommunication about how to get keys and had to wait an extra 30 minutes for cleaning to be finished. Shower drained very slowly. It would have been nice if they would've refreshed linens or had more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Overall we were out all day and enjoyed our stay when we came back at night.

The aparment is well located near two underground stations (queensway and bayswater), bus stations around the corner as well. Area outside is good with restaurants and bars open late. The size of the apartment is very good, it has all the expected amenities, a/c units in all three areas The building is safe and we loved our stay (2 adults and 2 teens). Thanks!

Loved our stay. Fabulous location. Great flat. The building site opposite actually didn't bother us at all we were surprised to find - the sound-proofing is excellent. OK - the entrance areas - lobby and stairs - are tatty and smelly (due to a water leak) but we weren't staying in those! The lift was modern and clean and the apartment was spanking clean. A little tired - cracked tile in shower-room and stain on the carpet, but clean, spacious and comfortable. I wouldn't have enjoyed cooking a full meal with the utensils provided, but it would have been possible, and it was perfectly adequate, particularly with the plethora of supermarkets as well as small shops and a European supermarket at the bottom of Queensway. Large fridge freezer was really useful. I would have liked a few basics - oil, condiments etc. but in these Covid times I really don't think that's possible. The wifi was fast and smooth and the aircon looked quite old-fashioned, but it worked brilliantly. Communication was excellent - fast and efficient, particularly as we'd booked in the early hours for a stay that night after being let down by our booked (elsewhere) accommodation. Lots of emails, but we thought that was good to ensure security. The place felt extremely safe and secure and collecting the key from a nearby shop was ok. It took us a little while to work out how to open the front door to the block, but we're not flat-dwellers. We would happily return.

Great loacation, very spacious apartment for a family of 4, clean and modern. Good choice of restaurants and supermarkets close by for essentials, Very close to Bayswater and Queensway underground. Just a note that building/construction being carried out across from apartment. When I had a query I received a reponse very quickly.If I had one issue, I woudl ask if there was some condiments and cooking oil supplied for short stay guest . Will be returning

Location was excellent . There was trouble getting key as we had to collect it from a shop nearby , it was inconvenient. If you are going with family and planning to cook then it is not a good place as the rice cooker was just a show piece and there were very few utensils to cook . There was a little stink also in the apartment. Construction work was going nearby hence it was noisy as well . However location wise it is 5/5 . There were loads of restaurants nearby and Sainsbury was in the same building. So for business trips it is perfect .

Great apartment, but...
The flat is in a fantastic location. Close to 2 tube lines, lots of bus routes, & an amazing range of shops, cafes & restaurants. It is in a quiet spot. It's a good size. Comfortable bed, reasonable size bathroom & good combined living,dining & kitchen room. The problem is that there are lots of basics missing. No bathmat, only large glasses, no small ones. No teapot, Coffee plunger cracked. 2 small saucepans with lids & a third lid without saucepan. No baking trays, or ovenproof dishes. No oven mitts. No spatulas or other tools. These detracted from an otherwise fantastic place

Worst check in experience of my life. After booking received an email thru Expedia directing me to call the management company. I did so to request check in details for a Monday arrival, and was told to just wait, a second email would follow. He wouldn't provide any details by phone. Email arrived the next day, requesting passport scan, credit card, etc. This email came from expedia, but needed to go to a separate email address direct to mgmt co, which again was delayed. On arrival, I received another email indicating my card would not work for the deposit, strange as it worked fine at every other London vendor. We called again on arrival and the mgmt contact refused to provide any info by phone regarding the key access to the apartment, and only at this time, requested payment for cleaning by card before a text would be sent with the key access instructions. Turns out, the instructions included a picture of the front door, but did not include any mention that the key was not actually stored there. Several calls later, we were still stuck outside the bldg in the dark, in the rain, no lock box visible. This is after several more calls to the mgym co. Told us repeatedly box was to right of the main door. Only when another guest who rented thru the same company arrived, could see we were distraught and offered to show us where he eventually found the lock box after a similar lengthy ordeal, did we find it. halfway down the street in a different doorway LEFT side! 6 calls!
