Bit far from historic center, noisy area
Our experience was not great. The hotel advertised free transportation between the hotel and the airport, but this is not the case and they simply direct you to take a taxi. Our room was very clean, however things were not well organized: on going downstairs for breakfast the first morning, the young man at the front desk did not understand us due to the language barrier, and then scrambled to put some buns on a plate and hot water for tea once it was understood that we wanted our included "breakfast". On our third night there, the same clerk in the lobby was blasting a soccer game at full volume until midnight. As we were leaving the following morning at 5 am for a trek, this was extremely unpleasant. The price was reasonable, but we clearly would have spent more to stay at a better place. For the most part we were the only guests at this hotel.

Booked this hotel because of the positive reviews. It was awful. The walls are paper thin and we heard the receptionist watching tv until 2am on the first night and loud music and a child crying the second night. We were told there would be a free airport shuttle when it was booked and then was told it was an extra cost. The breakfast that was included was essentially stale bread and hot water for tea. There are hundreds of hotels in Cusco that would be much better. We would have loved to stay somewhere else but could no longer cancel. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

We won't go back. There must be better options.
The rooms were freezing. The service was different. Even though I speak Spanish I would make requests and they would often look at me as if I was speaking another language. The breakfast was basically non-existent. It isn't really in a very welcome area. The WIFI doesn't really work. And when we needed to leave for our plane it took about 30 minutes to pay for our room, so we had to zoom to the airport. The only positives would be they have thick blankets on the beds (because the rooms are so freezing) and the have very hot water.

Overall ok, but definitely better available
Wifi did not work in the room... Hot water was intermitent at best, which after a six day trek was VERY disappointing to say the least!!! The extra pillow requested (due to a neck injury) was not supplied & not provided when asked... There was no lighting on the whole floor when we arrived, so had great difficulty finding our room & gaining access in the dark... There were no hangers supplied in the wardrobe... However that all being said, the bed was comfortable, the room & bathroom was a good size, & the shower had ok water pressure... There are better options available for the same price in Cusco though!

Cheap hotel slightly outside the centre.
It was difficult to find initially as the hotel does not have a sign with it's name on it. The staff are pleasant and speak limited English. Rooms are comfy. Did not get to have breakfast as left very early in the morning.
