Staffs are nice and helpful. They provide 10 min in room oxygen for guests who has highland sickness. Breakfast is relatively good and memorable.

Location is great, Wi-Fi reliable, restaurant menu is good.

Excellent location for a relaxing experience with beautiful grounds. Great breakfast included and reasonable prices at onsite restaurant. It is a 30 minute cab ride outside of Puno so if staying here prepare for using taxis to get in and out. Taxi cost was 30 soles

Attention: check out time is 9:am!!! Pros: Clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Cons: Hotel caters to tourist groups so if you are an independent traveler, you get lost waiting for large groups to check in or being unable to leave hotel when a group invades the lobby with their luggage. Breakfast was very disappointing. Staff did not ensure there were napkins or silverware available. There is no drinking water available with breakfast buffet.

First of all we loved the location, right next to the Korikanche, the beautiful rooms with oversize bed. But most of all the service and friendliness! When we said we couldnt make it to breakfast because we had to leave at 3.30 am they immediatly told us they would prepare a breakfast box to go!

Pleasant staff, reception was quick, cozy room and spacious room. Breakfast buffet is a winner! The entire hotel and vicinity is clean, quiet and safe.
