The room control system (iPad) didn't work well on the second day . So we called the front desk for help twice. However, the problem was not. Staff training and facilities need to be improved

Fantastic view of the Tower of London. Self check in allows you to choose the type of view you want and which aspect you'd like your room to face which I think is great. Bed was very comfy. You can cast your phone to the tv to watch your own netflix etc

Was given key but room was in disarray, half made up. Was told to wait in lobby and it took an hour. And even then, trash still in can. To be fair, vibe is nice.

My only issue is that a VAT invoice was requested, data were provided and this email never came to me…the risks of virtually everything being done on a laptop…

Liked the hotel and esp location. Very central. But room temperature not good a bit too hot and stuffy. Couldn’t regulate it
