It could have been a 5 stars. I stayed for 7 nights. the place was convenient, close to the city centre, very spacious, the apartment condtion was clean and comfy. The bed sheets and towels were changed once on my 3rd night. The bins were cleared everyday. HOWEVER, the check-in experience was VERY disappointing. First, I never received any instructions beforehand. When I arrived, i couldnt find the intructions, all doors were locked, no signs at all. So I called the number from the expedia website.I called a few times, and finally after 20mins someone picked up. He asked me if i got any email, i said no, so he gave me the code and instructions on the phone,

There was construction going on while we stayed that forced us to walk through a tight area of scaffolding with luggage (temporary, I'm sure). Otherwise, we really enjoyed the stay. It was much better than staying in a hotel. Only complaint is all of the doors swung closed and wouldn't stay open! Not at all a deal breaker...I would stay there again.

Fantastic 2 bed apartment in a lovely location, with an easy and enjoyable walk into the city centre. The apartment was spacious, clean and exactly what we needed for our 3 night stay. The SACO team were responsive from start to finish and Kieran especially was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Cardiff, we'd definitely stay again.

Ideal location
Only a few minutes walk from Sofia Gardens, city centre & Millenium Stadium. Excellent communication from Kieran, property manager. There was only 1 tea bag, although if we had mentioned it, I feel sure Kieran would have sorted it. Would use again.

Change of venue last minute
We never stayed here as the accommodation was “double booked due to a computer glitch”. We were contacted three days prior to check in and offered a new apartment. The new venue was closer to Cardiff centre and served our needs well. The computer glitch was still not resolved on the day of check in as I was sent an email to register online.
