First impression upon arrival is that this is a very old hotel. the carpets and bedsheets have many stains on them, which is not ideal when I'm paying 150+USD for one night.
After coming back from dinner the first night, we noticed a cockroach crawling on the corner of the room. Totally unacceptable.
The next morning we asked the hotel for a room change but request was refused (i guess the hotel was fully booked , which is understandable). We then asked for a deep clean of the room. Turns out the cleaners just sprayed pesticide in the room and left it as it is, didn't change bedsheets, towels or even take out the trash.
Reception doesn't speak english very well either so they can handle standard procedures but communicating about ad-hoc issues (i.e. cockroach in the room) is a major hassle.
Regrettably, i will have to leave a bad review on this hotel
