The cozy hideout
The desk clerk quoted me a price of $225.00 per night over the phone, so i checked in over the internet for $74.00 per night. What a big difference plus he told me all the internet prices were sold out (Wrong)!!! The rooms were decent but you need to bring your own cooking utensils and pots, no irons but a nice lundry room and a lot of late night noise coming from the second and third floors. Other than that it's a ok place to stay if you can go without room service, it's more like a hideaway spot.

Dirty premises
The room had really bad odor. The pillows had no pillow cases. The trash bin in the bathroom was full. No towels. The room was gross and definitely not even worth what we paid for it. The front desk manager was friendly. My colleague stayed in a different room that was also dirty and had bad odor. His room did not even have a pillow and he had to ask the front desk manager who was apologetic and helpful. Won't be staying in this hotel ever again.

Dirty and roach infestation
Absolutely terrible!! Filthy room with roaches. Had 5 rooms rented for work and all were nasty. Bandaid in tub. Used soap and wash cloth left in tub. Wash cloth behind toilet. Stains on walls. Roaches running everywhere in all rooms. Didn’t stay and left and manager refused refund

Horrendous
Thiswas the most shocking and unexpected hotel. The odor in the room was indescribable. Cockroaches ran up the wall and food was on the counter. There was no protective cover on the mattress, and the mattress was saggy. Additionally, there was organic matter sprayed on the wall behind the bed. When we told the night clerk that we were not staying, also observed that there were several other guests who had refused to stay and claimed unsanitary conditions. This is the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever experienced in all my travels. It should be shut down by the health commissioner .
