Cosy Stay
Very cosy and snug and we both had a lovely night sleep! Nice selection of teas and coffees, however we did miss the TV! Nonetheless, we both slept well, made good use of the washing facilities and would come back again!

Comfortable stay
The room was comfortable and clean. Reception staff were great and went that extra mile. The walls of the rooms are quite thin so you can hear your neighbour snoring. The toilets aren’t great. They take a lot of flushing. Good base and nice restaurants in the area.

It's somewhere to sleep. The rooms are incredibly small, the bathrooms are poor, and there are no TVs. The entrance and bar are very nice, and I like the giving back ethos.

Schwimmendes Hotel
Das schwimmende Hotel ist in der nähe im Excel und London City Airport. Die zimmer sind klein aber praktisch. das Frühstücksbuffet ist toll. ich habe das hotel bereits auf hotel.com bezahlt. totzdem wurde mir der volle betrag dann gleich noch zweimal auf meiner kreditkarte belastet. dies wurde dann später wieder rückvergütet. wegen der währungsverschiebungen und gebühren sind mir dann aber trotzdem zusätzliche kosten von über CHF 30 entstanden, was ich nicht toll fand und dem hotel auch mitteilte, was mir aber keine deckung meiner kosten anbot. deshalb keine super bewertung sondern nur durchschnitt.

Stay
Hotel was very cute and a plus on the dock . Room was a bit smaller so we did have limited space for things to be out and open. My room had a water view which was nice . Trains are located close to the hotel which made it easy getting to central London with no problems

Misleading hotel advertising!
It was a run-down hotel on an old container ship. It should have been a 2 stars hotel rather than a 4 star hotel! They have invested everything in making the lounge area looks like a nice boutique hotel. Room had poor heating, freezing cold at night and the window completely wet with condensation. Double room had two truckle beds put together so woke up in the gap between the beds. Carpets were dirty in the room and corridors, the bathroom was very small and unfresh, the toilet did not work as it should so had to change room once. Lounge area and breakfast was fine.

Never ever again
Jag bor ca 70 till 80 nätter på hotell varje år. 15-20 av dessa är i London. Har sällan blivit så negativt överraskad av ett hotell som denna gången väggarna känns som gjorda av papper och jag hörde exakt vad min rumsgranne pratade om i telefon med sin fru, sina kollegor och sina vänner. Hotellet ligger också rakt under västlig, start och landningsbana från London city Airport. Fönstren är så tunna så jag skrattade högt när jag hörde det första planet starta. Det låter som att du sitter på en utsiktsplats för flygplansskådning.

Great location, nice hotel.
The hotel is in a great location with great views over the Victoria Dock, and people swimming by! Very welcoming staff. One criticism is that the bathrooms are small so it's easy to bump into things. Very good buffet breakfast at tables with views over dock.

Not good if you want to sleep
Hotel looks nice but isn’t all what it seems. The rooms are very small and basic you can hear everything from the next room. Kept awake all night but the sound of the neighbouring room snoring, the walls must be made of paper. You can hear running water constant from the other rooms. The fan makes a noise constant even when not in use. Room was clean however not good for sleeping in
