The only glass in the doorway door replaced the window in the room facing the terrace on the ground floor, outside the front desk. The rooms were very dark, even in the daytime in Paris when it is 35°C. I had a good impression from the last time I stayed here and stayed another time, but would not return. For this price, I think there are other options.

Entrance to the hotel is through a filthy corridor, then an unkept Garden area which is in need of repair and cleaning. The reception stuff is rude as well as uniform in series in need of dry cleaning, the presentation does not be fit a four star hotel. The room has got scuffs and scratches on every single wall, management should inspect the condition of the rooms on a more regular basis. Unless this issues are addressed, I would not recommend anyone to stay there considering the rate that they charge for hotel which would not in my opinion be above two stars. I travel extensively through the year and it would be one of the worst condition Hotels I’ve ever seen

A delightful surprise in a Parisian courtyard!

I loved my stay here and wish I could have stayed longer! The staff at the reception desk, especially, are extremely kind and professional. Breakfast was amazing and brought to my room by a very friendly lady too! Comfortable bed, great shower and perfect location, in a quiet courtyard very close to Place Vendome, Lafayette, Opera Garnier and great restaurants and cafés. I certainly recommend and will come back.

This is was a lovely block of apartments with a kitchenette included in the room. The staff were amazing and helped with recommendations for places to go and advice on transport. Room was always cleaned and fresh towels left for use every day. There was however, a night club next to the block but this had little impact on our stay. This is only mentioned because some people may find this annoying during a stay. Overall, it was excellent stay, highly recommend it.

Picked Le Rayz Vendôme primarily because of location, amenities and good review - and it met all our expectations. New/Modern surrounded by historical buildings. Clean and spacious room with extra big super comfortable bed with very fluffy comforter (Tempting to stay in too long). Lots of hot water, kitchen amenities and high end coffee/expresso maker. Perfectly situated. Walk to all the luxury flagship stores, Louvre, Notre Dame, Gallaries Lafayette, Montmatre etc. Super helpful front desk team PS: No laundry facility on site, which Expedia has failed to update. Not showing on hotel site or other booking sites.

this is a modern, very tastefully made small hotel with every comfort you might wish for when in Paris. unlike small walk ups in old buildings with no AC this place gives the tourists the accommodations where you can feel like you are in a comfy studio apartment. it was 3 of us and we did not feel cramped in a small room with no place to put our belongings. we included breakfast in our stay and those fresh baguettes and croissants were to die for every morning fresh and warm! it’s not a 5 star plaza but if you want something clean, somewhat spacious and in the center this is the hotel for you. and don’t forget the staff that is helpful, polite and happy to see you. amazing cleaning staff. can’t be happier with our stay…

We didn’t sleep the first night due to a very hot room set at 81 and however we lower down the temp, aircon not working. Got transferred to another room which was also so hot. We were perspiring. Pls think twice and ask details for check in ( very difficult if arriving after their office hours). Pls ask every detail before staying.

The lovely room and bathroom were unfortunately spoilt by the heavily cracked glass table, cracked basin and toilet roll holder hanging off the wall. Our first morning, whilst my husband was showering the bathroom flooded into the bedroom. Fortunately I was in the room, grabbed towels to stem the flow. Needed more towels, quickly dressed to go to reception for help (no phone in room), en route to lift found a towel cupboard. The shower cubicle was flushed with the bathroom floor therefore the water seeped beneath the shower door. Reception said they’d look at the problem but the only solution was to leave us with a stack of towels so each day we placed a towel defense by the shower door. If alone this wouldn’t have been possible. We did not receive an apology. Otherwise this would have been a delightful hotel. Great position. If the flooding problem is sorted we would recommend this hotel.

The staff cannot do enough for you. They’re fluent in several languages, and will gladly do anything they can to help. For example, I Lost my eyeglasses at the ballet, and Antoine called the theatre, tracked down lost and found, and located my glasses for me. We needed a shoe repair shop, and again, front desk staff helped out by finding one for us. The hallmark of this hotel is outstanding and friendly staff.

This has been the best hotel of my trip! My stay was incredibly comfortable, and I felt completely relaxed. I truly appreciate the warm hospitality and would love to come back. 立地最高、お部屋は綺麗で清潔、24時間スタッフの方が常駐しておられ、大変安心できる最高のお宿でした。常時お水と炭酸水を補充していただけ、それを冷やした上で他のものも入れられる充分な大きさの冷蔵庫もあり、暑かったパリでは貴重なクーラーも完備。 メインのベッドとは別に、独立した一部屋にソファーベットではないちゃんとしたベッドがあり、大人3人の家族には最適でした。 近所にコインランドリーもスーパーもありますし、徒歩5分のヴァンドーム広場の夜景も楽しめました。治安の不安もありません。 もう今すぐにでもこちらに戻りたい気持ちです！ 必ずまた再訪したいと思います。
