OK but not really superb as one would expect
Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff; comfortable room and decor. Judging from the bathroom, the hotel is getting tired. This is echoed in the bed - pretty hard and not very comfortable while the pillows were 'tough'. I did have a good sleep, but didn't feel rested and even had a slight neck ache. Not sure the a/c actually did what it was supposed to...

Suite is definitely a nice stay!
Upon checking in, I was offered a free upgrade to one of the large suites at the front of the boat. The suite was a great size and the balcony was extremely large overlooking the river in the bathroom was a nice surprise as there was not only a Jacuzzi bath, but also a sauna. The room is very clean. The mini bar is stocked and included in the room cost and all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful on my stay.

I really enjoyed my stay, the setting is great and the views are super. The reception staff and bar staff were very friendly, however the air conditioning in the room was not working, so the room was 23-24 degrees all night, the reception staff tried to help but could not fix the problem I was brought a fan but it didn’t really help, as a result I had a very poor nights sleep.

Bar closes at 11pm!
A fantastic hotel and a great location. I was visiting the Excel for business and it is a short walk away. I was surprised that the hotel closes the bar at 11pm and even residents are not served after 11pm. I was with businees guests and it was embarrassing.

I was there with 3 friend's celebrating a 60th Birthday, it was a great weekend. The Hotel was stunning, staff very friendly and helpful. Food was amazing. Would definately come back.

Lovely Stay
Room was not ready at check in time but was offered complimentary prosecco and given regular updates by reception. Offered an upgraded room forvour 2nd night but declined as we were not goingbto be back on the yatch until 10pm, really appreciated the offer though. Staff were great, room was very large and clean. Breakfast was a little disappointing as the scrambled egg was runny with dried up lumps in it both mornings. Would definitely stay again, a lovely experience.

It was a very nice experience staying on a yacht. The staff was very friendly and we had a very nice room. But there were a few things we didn't like: - smoking people on the balcony - there's no toilet brush (Why???) - some housekeeper need to improve their English - breakfast was a little bit chaotic at the buffet (There should be 1 or 2 people only responsible for the buffet to make sure everything is in place and food gets filled up before it's empty. Many mornings there were the same problems: no little plates, no spoons, no bowls, sometimes food empty even at 9.15 and so on. Plus it would be great not to clean up only the empty table.The table are quite small and no one took care about the empty dishes while we were sitting there.) - The room was too cold. The heater doesn't work. - you need to check the towels better (we had several times dirty towels plus hair)
