The hotel was amazing very clean spacious rooms a little bit away from all the main attractions but easy enough to get a taxi. I was disappointed with the spa as a hotel guest you can only use it between 8.00-10.00am and 6.00-8.00pm these times are unrealistic when you are only there for the night you should be able to use the spa at any time given that you have to pay also hotel guests should have priority. This was disappointing given that I was celebrating my 40th birthday whilst I was there

Never again
Room was in poor condition. The bath was broken (water poured out of the bottom of it), hot water wasn’t working, the skirting boards were warped and coming away from the wall. I rang reception and nobody answered for 10 minutes, so I walked down to reception and there was a member of staff stood right by the phone. I explained the above and asked if someone could at least unblock the drain in the shower, after waiting over an hour I decided to ring them and say not to bother as we had just got our child to sleep. Really disappointing. Footballers stay at this hotel I doubt they would be treated the same way.

Darkest hotel ever
Never in my life have i stayed in such a dark hotel! Low lighting everywhere the corridors are pitch black and have to say doing my make up by torchlight on my phone was bizzare! The room was however beautiful and very warm, we were there for our anniversary and the hotel put an anniversary treat in our room on arrival which was nice, the reception staff were lovely and helpful cant say the same for the bar staff as we found them rude, one female bar member clearly does not like her job but i didnt appreciate the attitude! We ordered a snack in the bar asked for the steak to be cooked well and the bbq sauce on the side, this request was ignored and it arrived rare and smothered in sauce! Not amused in the slightest, did tell reception all our issues with the bar but nothing was done as expected! Breakfast was nice, location of hotel defo not walking distance to anywhere! Didn't use the spa as was fully booked so cant comment but would i stay there again..absolutely no way!

Brilliant stay
Fantastic room on 3rd floor with dock view, spacious, comfortable, modern and beautiful features of the original building. Comfortable bar area for coffee or drinks. Excellent breakfast. Safe and reasonably priced parking. Will definitely return

Titanic Hotel Liverpool stay
We stayed here for my birthday in February 2025. The hotel is lovely, rooms are large and very comfortable with good facilities. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Our room wasn't ready so we were given a voucher for a free drink at the bar which was fine with us. Big mention to Megan who got us checked in and helped with the car parking. I would definitely stay at the Titanic again.

Great hotel. However service in the bar was a nightmare. Three staff on hardly any one in the bar took nearly 15 to get a bottle of beer.
