Surpassed Expectations
Excellent service, location, apartment, amenities. In a great disctrict that is close to great location and sites, which is booming with great restaurants and bars. Easy transportation access to the Tube. Great place - will stay again.

OK for an apartment stay
The hotel was in a good business location. However, it is not cleaned each day and refreshed only once in a 6 day stay. That was only new towels and a made bed. There were never clean sheets, cleaning, or a refresh of products. We had to ask for soap twice, and toilet paper. It is definitely more of an apartment so bring your own toiletries and don't expect a daily clean.

Great location and wonderful rooms
Great location, very friendly staff and top room. The only down side is that you cannot check in before 6pm, but other than that it is a perfect place to go solo, couple or family.

They cancelled the complimentary Sunday breakfast for no reason and that was a major factor in booking there.

Excellent short stay in City
Location was convenient for our objectives. Studio apartment was super clean and comfortable, staff pleasant , welcoming and helpful. We especially appreciated being able to check in a few hours early. There were convenient places to get fed within a stone's throw, and public transport options extremely close by.
