Soundproof isn’t quiet good, especially on Saturday night when there were too many drunk ladies, they came back super late, very loud, also they tried to open my door, many times, 3am to 4am, I didn’t sleep at all.

A nice hotel but the AC noise is unacceptable
Nice hotel overall is good except the noise of air conditioner is too high. Use app to check the sound level is 70dB. Reported it to the reception but they said it’s normal… speechless!

Staff were great, hotel aesthetics all on point, everything looks great. General cleanliness was fine but I did have a dirty rag left on my bedside table by a cleaner. It's not exactly cozy. Lots of hard surfaces in the rooms and it seems difficult to heat the rooms to a warm temperature. On top of this, every time a door in the hallway opened or closed the door to my room shook and rattled like someone was trying to break in. Made me jump more than once. Also the plumbing was LOUD. Whenever someone else flushed above me it sounded like someone was in my bathroom or that there was water pouring out of the ceiling. I also had someone drilling into what sounded like the other side of my wall at 8am. It's a fine hotel and pretty reasonable for the location but it's certainly not cozy or peaceful!

There’s definitely worse places to stay
Average, main hotel areas are modern and clean. Rooms and hallways feel like they aren’t maintained to a high standard. The room itself was fairly clean, but the size of the shower and toilet were very small, the to point where it feels you could have a shower and a poo at the same time. Other than that, it was ok - there’s definitely worse places to stay.

Modern Clean Comfortable
A modern hotels no frills, clean comfortable and easy. Only wrinkle was they ask for a card number and expiry for other charges. I don’t carry plastic cards any more. I could get it from an app but the woman in front of me had to get a flat mate to find hers and then get sent a photo.

Small but perfectly formed
Clean, warm, quiet room with a well thought out layout which meant that even though it was small, it didn't feel cramped. In particular I liked the many shelves to put "stuff" on. Perfect for an occasional stopover, but perhaps not ideal for an extended stay.

Regular spot for ease in Newcastle
Upgraded to a King room which was brilliant in terms of space. It was actually two singles zipped together so not so comfortable. The room was freezing and it took a while to warm up. Fab location.
