A world-class hotel staff trained, but there are two responsible Chick in the name Meha, and Nisha's manager, has been an unmitigated liar, I booked and paid all Superrial room, but they literally give me Stander room They reasoned that [Superial room and Stander room is same] But the truth is different, Superial room room is relatively large and have a good view, the floor is relatively high. The Stander room is generally poor view to the group of guests or very late to the hotel Check in Guests. Check in two people treated us like idiot juggle, extremely hateful, we booked this hotel for three nights on the first day set Superial room the next day we booked Stander room, on the third day we set Superial room, the next day Check in at the two responsible Reception The staff and managers in charge of our room booking information transferred in accordance with the standard room, but on the third day we booked and paid in accordance with our room Superial room, request room change to Superial room, but they had no room to [, not replace] indifference feelings of the guests, when the fourth day of check out, they should be non-refundable, but the refund should be really hateful matter. (Because they proud and arrogant indifference is really disgusting!)

Fair stay experience
Early check-in was accepted after 12pm for free and I was asked to pay extra for early check-in before 12pm but I did not pay. A free room upgrade was requested but was provided on the next day with the inside view as the outside view is blocked by the AC compressor, wall, and pigeons and birds droppings and smell which was not cleaned at all. The hotel is rated as 5 stars, but the furniture and interiors looked old and had not been maintained for a long time. Cleanliness was not bad but the wardrobe doors and drawers were difficult to open and close. Restaurant food was good and only a few service staff were good. The most annoying thing was to daily re-activate both keys with the reception. The stay was not pleasant and welcoming. The shopping area and Smaaash Game area gave me some good time to spend in the evening.

I stay at Radisson hotels all over the world. All are excellent, but this hotel is superb. The staff is so helpful and friendly. I would like to recognize superb customer service from the following employees, Harish the concierge who first and foremost was the best, Mohan, who I think is concierge also, Aziz the driver, Vishal in the Spring restaurant, also Narayan, Ardash, Bhavnik, also Pampush the chef in the Spring restaurant, and Priyanka at the front desk. All of them did an exemplary job.

It’s clean, staff is helpful and it’s close to the shops and restaurants. Bit far from the airport but that’s not an issue if flying early morning then there is not much traffic on the road to get to the airport.

I have been a guest at this hotel several times. Most recently returning from a 7-night reservation. Restaurant for Bfast: It was enjoyable - clean and many options. The collective staff could be more focused - it seems they are running around (we asked several for a coffee for example on day and the responses were delayed) Laundry: was okay.. though frustrating that we requested items to be pressed (ie: Men's dress shirt) to be returned folded) Parking : kind, quick and professional Receptionist: great Fitness center: many options - lacks sanitizing options House Keeping: No issues at all - great staff - Challenges: The room access cards very rarely worked - resulting in us making many trips to the front desk for correction. To avoid an exhaustive reply here, the multiple Duty Managers lack the true authority to resolve any issues that arise. I requested a reasonable $50.00 USD concession due to this, after much discussion, a $10 credit was given. It appears to me, that the Senior level Managers or even day-to day Duty Managers do not value a customer experience. The hotel was abundantly busy with multiple conferences (4 at one time), so I think they thrive on volume vs. an individual experience. Secondly, the room refrigerator did not work, it was replaced but with another defective one. All in all, we were discouraged with the Mng lack of Cust Service. I witnessed other guests having the same or similar issues Overall, use wisdom and know be aware of potential issues

Title: Pleasant Stay with Room for Improvement I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a positive experience, but there are a few areas that could use some improvement. The check-in process was seamless, and I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and competence of the staff. They made us feel welcome right from the start, which set a positive tone for our stay. However, upon entering our room, we encountered a couple of issues. The furniture looked a bit worn and had a creaky feel to it, which detracted from the overall ambiance. Additionally, despite having booked the room for two guests, we only found one pair of house slippers. This small detail would have made our stay more comfortable if addressed in advance. We checked in late at night and were a bit disappointed to find the fridge empty. Unfortunately, this meant we had to go to bed on an empty stomach. However, the breakfast buffet the next morning more than made up for it! It was extensive and offered a diverse selection that was genuinely enjoyable, making for a great start to the day. In conclusion, while there were a few hiccups during our stay, the friendly staff and excellent breakfast were highlights. With some attention to the in-room amenities and guest needs, I believe this hotel could elevate the overall experience for future visitors. I would consider staying here again, hoping for some improvements next time.
