It was a great stay. The water back up in the shower tub and sink. The staff was supper and willing to accommodate my request. Was disappointed no drinking cups in the room. Having eatery’s close by was nice.

Just so-so
The room could have been much cleaner. The bathroom was not clean and the cloth shower curtain smelled and needed replacing. The sink had a slow drain and the toilet would not flush properly. Finally had to get a plunger from the front desk. There was a constant smell of urine that we couldn't get rid of even after we bought a bottle of Febreeze. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows and sheets need replacing.

Lots of room for improvement
We waited 20 minutes before anyone came to check us in.There was a trail of mud to and inside of the elevator. The bathroom in our room was dirty and had only a couple very small towels. The mirror was dirty, as well as the floor. Our room was not cleaned, so we had wet towels and unmade beds for our second night. We did not trust the breakfast after our previous night's experience. It didn't look fresh. Every other room in the area would have to be occupied before we would stay there again.

Our room was filthy! Carpets had stains on them, our room smelled like food, there was a film all over the mirrors and windows, the sheets were old and looked worn and yellow, the bath towels were old and stained. The wash cloths felt like sandpaper.

Cannot turn lights on or off from the bed. No one is servicing breakfast. Ran out of coffee and yogurt and nearly out of bread products well before finish. No one at the desk either. Scratchy washcloths. No ice machine or vending could be found.

Our rooms were not very clean and the carpet was gross. The entire hotel needs a major professional deep clean. All hotel rooms are in terrible shape. The elevator smells terrible - like curdled milk. Check-in was quick and easy. Bed was pretty comfortable. We rented 4 rooms and all parties felt the same about the rooms.
