Not a hotel
It should not be called a hotel. It's just a room of less than 10 sq m with a bed and bathroom. No chair, no cleaning service, no air-con, no restaurant, no breakfast, no WiFi .Telephone not connected, fan broken. It's absolutely not worth £182 per night (excluding tax). We hardly stayed for 2 nights despite 3 nights were paid. The worst hotel experience ever had in lifetime.

Dirty rooms, cigarette butts under the bed. Shower is repaired with duck tape. Non smoking rooms, stinks from cigarettes, smoke detector covered with plastic bag and sock. Pictures at Hotels.com from the hotel next door, no breakfast-area as shown in pictures.

Dirty t-shirt drying over wall light, red bull can and water bottles tops under bed, toilet leaking and smelly. Carpet looked like has never been vacuumed. Used toilet paper over wardrobe, pillow cases inside out, back of tv very dusty. Could just go on and on here ....

Det klammeste hotel i verden
Først fik vi et værelse i en kælder. Der var ingen plads og bruseren var i stykker, så vi kunne kun få brændende varmt vand ud. Dernæst fik vi et andet værelse, efter jeg snakkede om refusion. Her virkede bruseren, men resten manglede. Og så stank det af kloak. Hele bygningen var bare generelt mega klam.

Absolute dump and ripoff
This place is an absolute dump and not worth the money spent. I usually stay at the Park Grand nearby but it was booked out so I tried this place as the pictures made it look modern. Pictures were very deceptive. Room was tiny nowhere to open baggage... Everything worn and dirty stains all over the walls and floors, no working tv, no air con, room was so hot and stuffy I barely slept. Bathroom awkwardly designed like a closet, couldnt sit on toilet properly... Rooms noisey, one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in barely worth 30 pound a night let alone the 129 the charged me.

Svært dårlig.
Hotellet fremstår helt ulikt bildene på nettet. Svært trangt rom. Ikke plass til bagasje. Svært dårlig seng. Støpsel på tv ødelagt. Dusj henger i en skrue. Skitne flekkete vegger. Ikke aircondition. Svært trangt bad. Rett og slett elendig hotell. Ikke frokost, noe vi la inn som krev. Må betale for å få rommet ordnet.

Avoid this place
This place was not worth the money. There are so many things wrong with this place. We had people trying our door all day and night. The bathroom had black mold in it. I booked a room for two and there was only enough supplies in the room for one. The toilet had a crack in the seat. Every time you sit down it would pinch you. The keys on the room would keep resetting. Really irritating when you are in a place for three days and you have to go to the front desk multiple times a day. The last thing I will say but the is a whole lot more is every where you look there are signs that says the hotel is not responsible for stolen items. Are you have that many issues!? You can tell they don’t invest any money back into this place.
