Hoi An Treasure
This is a hidden gem tucked away from the busy main area of town. There is a hotel shuttle that provides regular free service to shopping and the evening lantern festival. There are plenty of shops and dining in the hotel vicinity as well. Breakfast was great. Spa and pool were beautiful. Staff were helpful and kind. Would highly recommend,

Best Christmas away from Home Ever!
Our stay over Christmas was amazing! The Hotel organized a fun Christmas Party with a mind blowing buffet, a great band and fun games. We really appreciated the effort to detail, and everything was perfect! Best Christmas away from home ever!

Great stay and fantastic location!
The staff were incredibly welcoming from the front desk to the restaurant. Our room was comfortable and clean and the food/drinks were fantastic as well. The location is also great -- there is a pho restaurant and a mini mart to the left and right of the hotel and lots of other suggestions in the welcome binder. Old Town is easily accessible either through the hotel shuttle or Grabs. We also had great experiences with the hotel babysitting service for our 3 year old. Would recommend The Saga to our friends!

Vi boede her henover julen og havde tilmeldt os Christmas Dinner på hotellet. Det var fremragende! Der blev gjort ekstraordinært meget ud af at fejre julen for os turister. Vi vågnede op den 25. december til små julesokker som hang på vores værelsesdør med små kager i - så sød en gestus. Lækkert hotel som ligger i et roligt område i fin gåafstand til den gamle by. Pæne og rene værelser med kæmpe dobbeltseng! Skøn morgenmadsbuffet med stort udvalg. Personalet er ekstremt serviceminded og hjælpsomme med alt mellem himmel og jord. Kæmpe anbefaling!

This little Hotel is amazing. We were upgraded to a superb room overlooking the pool. The first evening were invited to the Christmas tree lights switching on where the staff, all dressed for the part sang festive songs to us while we sipped mulled wine and tasted wonderful canapes. The staff were so good I thought they were hired in professionals! The room was huge as was the bathroom and everything was so clean. The ac was quiet and there was no noise from outside. The dining room has a verandah which overlooks the immaculate pool area and the breakfast buffet had a large and well presented selectionall hotel staff were attentive, friendly and verb helpful. We had a very good stay here, would come back again and thoroughly recommend this amazing little hotel.

Luxurious hotel with a reasonable price
Luxurious hotel with a small but pleasant pool area. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were good and the transfer to Da Nang station was a reasonable price (same as Grab). It is a bit of a walk to the most historic part of Hoi An, but there are some good restaurant options around the hotel.

Very nice stay! The pool is nice, but they also has a shuttle bus to the beach, where they cooperate with a beach bar, so you get umbrella and beach beds. There is also a shuttle bus to the old town,

What did I like?? It is to hard to found something I didn’t like🙄. The room was very spacious. The pool is beautiful. The food was wonderful. Love the happy hour for drinks by the pool. All the staff was wonderful and so helpful. I will definitely recommend this one to everyone. 1st time in Hoi An and will definitely be back. Cost under A$2 to get a grab to the centre. I loved everything. Simple.

Lovely property and sensational staff, nothing was too much trouble and they did it with a smile, bit of a walk to the old town so probably need bike or grab to get around, hotel does have bikes free to use which is great if you can brave the traffic.

Heerlijk super luxe overnachtingen gehad. Zwembad is super. Kamers zijn heel net en we kregen een gratis upgrade. Personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en je kan er gratis fietsen lenen. Ook rijdt er een shuttlebus naar het strand waar je gratis gebruik van mag maken. Het onbijt was heerlijk en super uitgebreid.
