Great staff, room, and location
The staff were amazing. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathtub was HUGE. The location is fantastic and I had a lovely view of the river and the dragon bridge from my room. The coffeeshop downstairs is very convenient! It's close to everything and the area is very walkable.

They promised a spa treatment daily and it’s only a foot
Massage and because it’s free it didn’t even go for the full 30mins or worth it and you can’t change it. The staff were not that helpful and the balcony is a safety hazard I booked it as a smoker and I was too scared to stand outside coz of lack of space. It’s not convenient to access rooms must go through the shop or climb stairs and the staff again were not pleasant to deal with. Breakfast only starts at 9am so I missed them due to tours I had booked so wasn’t worth the money you can get better places by the beach for cheaper and drinks ordered downstairs were pretty average considering

Overall the hotel is very good,
As per usual we try and stay at several different hotels during our visit. This hotel was one of the new ones since our last visit. The location is excellent an convenient with great views of the River. The cafe at the bottom was also good and served a good variety of food and drinks and also has live music on weekends.the views of the river are great. The hotel is on a busy road so you will have to put up with the horns and traffic noise which I will say does quietens down late at night . The beds could be a bit softer but it was exceptable , We paid for breakfast and for the price that was also good. The swimming pool at the top of the hotel has great views, but don’t expect to do laps specially if there’s more than 3 people. But it will cool you off whilst looking over the river. There’s a good bar also on the rooftop with great views and reasonable prices.
