肯辛頓總統酒店 - 倫敦

The location is good. Room is big. Staff is very friendly. Enivorment is good. But I live in ground floor, there is no elevator to growing floor. Therefore, it may has a little bit inconvenient.

其中一位男接待處人員態度極差，其他住宿方面總算滿意，早餐簡單得來很足夠，房間、浴室整潔，唯獨是廁所紙巾比較差些，需然有洗衣機，但沒有乾衣就差了些⋯⋯總括來説是🈵️意的。

The room is clean and comfortable but maintenance is not good. The A/C is not working good. The services standard need to be improved as it is not consisitence.

Clean, convenience and good service.

離地鐵站近 但B2沒有電梯可以到 房內有廚房 方便! 沙發床也舒服!

飯店的服務人員很親切，而且能儘快滿足客人的需求，飯店位置離車站很近走約5分鐘。缺點是床不是很舒適，早餐選擇性很少。

We enjoyed our short stay. Easy check-in (allowed us in early!) and 24 hour desk was great.

This place offers breakfast in morning which requires excessive banging on doors. If wakes everyone in the wing up. From 6:30am onward I can hear banging and someone yelling “housekeeping” or “breakfast” and is an alarm clock you cannot stop. This with a combination of very uncomfortable springy mattresses gave me a bad nights sleep. Front desk personnel are useless as the other reviews have indicated. Many times they like to hide in a small closet like room to avoid guests.This place has so much more potential

The room was clean and a good size if spartan. Useful to have a DVD player attached to the TV. The bed was very soft. Safe is very small, can't even get a tablet in there, let alone a laptop. The phone didn't work. Shower leaked through a gap at the bottom of the screen. I woke very early because of people using the lift near my room, sounded like they were coming into the room. Booked breakfast but it didn't arrive, after 30 mins I checked with reception and was told it would be resent, 45 minutes later I gave up on getting breakfast and went out to buy one instead. An ok stay but not likely to stay here again.
