John greeted us on our arrival, very warm and welcoming. Hotel was a perfect location for us driving in and parking was easy to find. The hotel was beautiful curated and lots of space to just sit for a moment. Our room was clean tidy and the kitchenette was perfect with a baby. Will absolutely stay again and recommend to everyone!

There were a few minor issues with our rom but the staff was so lovely and helpful snd everything got sorted out. Our room was facing Cromwell Rd but we couldn’t hear the traffic at all. Nice atmosohere and the garden is very pretty.

My third stay. The decor is different, in a good way, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had a small kitchen area. This hotel is outstanding for a London stay. Definitely recommend it

​I was originally drawn to this hotel because of the stunning decor and overall vibe in the photos, and it absolutely did not disappoint. The property is beautiful, and every single design detail is spot on. ​I had a slight issue with the bed on my first day, but the staff was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. They even upgraded me to a better room, which completely made up! ​I only had the breakfast there, but it was great. Not just the dining area being super Instagrammable, but the food itself was delicious. The common areas are very comfortable and well-suited for getting some work done too.

I am obsessed with this hotel. The decor is incredible and the ambience/vibes are so fun. The beds were insanely comfortable (always important to me) and it was great to have a cafe and restaurant on site. I had coffee and drinks there and both were excellent. The staff was super nice, place was clean, and I would hands down stay there again.
