Sehr stylische und charmante Unterkunft. Sehr nettes Personal im ganzen Haus. Studio Apartments: kein daily Room-service. Was fehlt oder gewechselt werden soll kann unkompliziert bei der Rezeption gemeldet werden auch spät abends. Küche klein aber fein mit Kapselmaschine und etwas Vorrat. Alles für 2 Personen vorhanden inkl. Abwaschutensilien. Safe, Föhn, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen im Zimmer. Aktuell ist nur Aufzug in Betrieb. 24 h-Tesco in Nachbarschaft (keine 10 Minuten Fussweg), U-Bahnstation Earl's Court ca. 5 Minuten Fussweg.

Great location and conformable bed.

Friendry stuff and contemporary atmosphere. Our room was located on the ground floor facing the courtyards. It was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Great location. We appreciated the use of basement laundry room with free laundry washer and dryer.

Best place to stay in London

Stayed in a family room with twin beds in one room and a rather big queen in the other. This is incredible value for money. You get a kitchen are close to the metro and many many restaurants- the inhouse Proper Slice became a favorite witg the kids.

Beautiful hotel

It was a beautiful hotel, very trendy and tastefully decorated. The room was clean and comfy and the staff were all friendly and helpful. My only comment would be that it takes a long time for breakfast - I had to wait 20 mins and ask twice for my daughter's croissant and it wasn't that busy. The previous day was a bit slow too. Maybe a buffet style would be better.

Wonderful week long stay

Had a wonderful week long stay at Ember Locke. Our first few days were a little warm as they still had central heat on even though it was mild outside, but after about 2 days they turned that off and we were able to be more comfortable in the room. The front desk was always there to answer questions for us. Really recommend

Loved it!

Lovely eclectic extended stay hotel. Front desk staff all very friendly and helpful. Room was small, but worked well for my needs. There are a few areas of the hotel that could do with some updating (tile in entry, upholstery in my room, etc.) but overall it’s really lovely. The attached restaurant was very good also!

Great location, comfy rooms and an awesome vibe

Quite simply, this is a fantastic hotel in an excellent location. The pictures included in the listing are accurate. The common areas and the two rooms we had were exactly what we expected. There is even a free laundry (with washing powder) by the fitness room! A bus stop out front, a 20 minute loading zone for cars just a few yards away and loads of restaurants and shops surrounding the Earls Court Tube station just a 3 minute walk down the street. The hotel had many amenities and activities on, and was always buzzing with people in the bar and lobby. It felt safe and fun and the staff was pleasant and inviting. A real gem of a hotel that I will definitely seek out on my next trip to London. I would offer one small piece of advice to any future visitor: Although the rooms have heat, they do not have cooling (not unusual for UK rooms). We were there in March and could just crack the window for some air but if you were to visit in the warmer months, you may want to inquire about a fan.
