No staff on sight
My stay was okay there were six of us that went three couples my room was a silver lining room which I would not recommend the cold water to the jacuzzi trickles out we had to fill it up through the shower that was above it also the lighting in there is terrible the bathroom is run down there's no vanity in that room there's a mirror but nowhere to put on your makeup to sit and put on your makeup what's weird about that hotel is there's no one there on site nobody that works there a huge kitchen that you just help yourself I stay there again but not in the silver lining room

Confirmed booking, but no room!
Poor customer service. Room was confirmed 2 months before reservation, but found out 2 days before an event weekent that they didn't have the original room type we booked so they never put us in a different room. We were left scrambling trying to find a new place to stay and the hotel did nothing about it. Fortunately hotels.com found us a new spot.

Twilight Zone at the Rendezvous
What a surreal experience. Where we had read about free drinks poolside in the afternoon and 3 course free breakfasts we happened upon a hotel we think was actually closed. Check in was remote. As in here’s a text message with the gate code to the key box to let yourself in…. And surprise 2x the first day the key wasn’t in the box so we got to text the digital host and let them know. Luckily the 2nd time when we returned to the hotel late at night we found an open gate otherwise we would’ve been forced to A sleep in our car or B climb the fence to get to our room….I even called the “after hours emergency”:number and no one ever responded…. Our one day poolside we were the only couple at the hotel and we got to watch the parade of workers who were busy remodeling one of the rooms…..can’t say I’ll ever return and “Rendezvous” at the “Run Down View”…

We loved our stay at the Palm Springs Redenzvous. It had so much character and the owners were lovely. The room was a bit run down, and the bathroom could've been cleaner, but I would definitely recommend a stay.

Great 50s style boutique hotel.
Unique boutique hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, super comfy bed and cool pool area. Loved the 50s music playing by the pool. Breakfast was tasty, mango smoothie with blueberry pancakes and sausage the first day and breakfast burrito and a smoothie the next day. We had the Crooners room, which had the whirlpool bathtub and photos of the rat pack, very nostalgic.

Our stay here was very relaxing and comfortable. The manager was so cool and welcoming. The breakfast was great and the bed was so comfy that we slept like babies. The pool was so relaxing on a very hot day. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great Holiday
We had a great holiday. The B&B was awesome-clean, pool and hot tub were great. We looked forward to breakfast each morning even received a packed breakfast for our early departure. Short walk into town and restaurants nearby. Wayne and his team were great. Thanks guys we will be back.

Our room, called Route 66 the heating never get above about 65 or 68° despite being set at 72°. Despite leaving the sink water running for over one minute I never had any hot water. The TV remote control cannot lower the volume. Only good thing about the property, was the service and the quality of its breakfast.

Great stay!
Friendly staff and excellent breakfasts each morning! We were in the TV Shows room, with I Love Lucy posters and the complete I Live Lucy dvd set. Loved that the pool was open 24/7 and you can set the jacuzzi bubbles yourself. Also liked the options for housekeeping. Overall, a fantastic stay! More like a B&B than hotel!

Was much better before
The crew was very nice and worked hard on our stay. THe issue is the room we stayed at and the hotel itself is pretty run down. We stayed about 4 years ago and it seemed better taken care of. Walking in the door of the hotel the pool was cloudy. Not a great start with a 116 day.

Mid century, quirky themed & OUTSTANDING service
This mid century hotel with quirky themed rooms will not be to everyone’s taste but the differentiation to other places is the outstanding service. General Manager Liz and Innkeeper Kevin couldn’t do enough for us. Beautifully prepared breakfasts, lovely evening drinks & jight bites, help with restaurant recommendations & reservations, even finding my wife a hairdresser at short notice. Two memorable days of being looked after. Thankyou.
