Look further a field

Short and sweet: you get what you pay for. Windows wouldn’t open had to put a wedge in so it would, curtains stained with unknown substance. Pillowes we had on our bed was sofa cushions. Bathroom tiles was coming up. My daughters window by her bed would have been easy for anyone to open from outside luckily was was on 3rd floor.

Good location, bad room.

Great location for festival. Large balcony with good views. Bed on slope so uncomfortable and room smelt funny. No hand wash.

Avoid - unclean and used for other purposes

I would strongly recommend not booking this hotel no matter what the price point is Very, very dated, worn and the room we were in had a broken toilet and some areas which I don't think had been cleaned in months The car park and reception areas are very clearly used by local dealers/users. Witnessed multiple occasions during our stay where people would come and go to drop packages off or collect envelopes. If you have children under no circumstances even consider this hotel. Our room was booked with a sea view and a bath - neither of which was available. Most areas of the hotel were closed off for "renovation" (no renovation was going on) Cannot recommend.

Vi blev lite chockade när vi kom, då hotellet verkar vara under renovering. Gissar att det var nya ägare, och att det blir bra. Det var fullt med folk utanför, någon snickrade på ett plank och resten berkade bara hänga. Det låg skräp lite överallt, och även inne i hotellet låg det högar med sånt som rivits ned och troligen skulle kastas. Heltäckningsmattorna hade behövts täckts över eller i alla fall dammsugits, så man bodde liksom på en arbetsplats. Det var billigt, så vi valde ändå att stanna, då vi "bara" skulle sova. Parkeringen fick man betala extra för. Hur som helst, det var lite trångt och trassligt att ta sig upp till rummet med väskorna, men rummet var rent och sängen helt okej. Vi fick havsutsikt, och det var en stor rymlig balkong utanför med ett bord och stolar. Och med fiskmåsar... dom gick knappt att skrämma bort, men då jag alltid reser med en liten sprayflaska med vatten, så skruvade jag åt till en hård stråle och sprutade på dom några gånger, och sen gav dom upp 😄 Synd att der var för kallt för att sitta ute. Det var ett rymligt rum med en mindre dubbelsäng och en större enkelsäng, så det blev inte mycket golvyta kvar. Det fanns dock skrivbord och en rymlig hall med en bra stor garderob, men det fanns ingen stol på rummet. Badrummet var okej, men skulle nog behöva gås över i skarvar och tätningar. Det vi saknade var väl information om att renovering pågick, så man hade varit förberedd. Hoppas ändå att det kommer bli bra när det är klart 👍

Mmm

Very dated property, had some touches to update patches of paint etc, but stood out a mile! Bath hadn’t been cleaned so i wouldn’t shower as you could see difference of clean and dirty! Could hear every conversation in the corridor and the room above/beside! Cups dirty, I had to wash them before we could use, no tea bags or milk, had to ask. No lamp shade and curtains very thin, 4 am awake with light into the room! Check in quick young man on reception helpful, room was ok for the price we paid, when leaving, men outside smoking what seemed to be weed/pot whatever you call it. Cheap place to stay and close to the theatre but would rather pay more. Big building but would need a lot of money spent to make it lovely!

I was shown to room 34. The room was terrible and I’m not even being dramatic, stains all over the carpet, broken/chipped furniture, the balcony door was broken and filthy all across and on the frame, you couldn’t even open it, the bedding was supposedly clean however had a big stain on it and no mattress protector. I went to reception to complain which I never do, I was assured the room was clean however was still offered a new room rm 38 which again had stains all over the carpet the balcony door was filthy you could see broken handprints all over the area by the handle, again the furniture was chipped/broken. The accommodation is in severe need of renovation and staff to have training in customer service. The faults were so bad I didn’t feel comfortable or safe to stay here so I had to book alternative accommodation elsewhere. I highly recommend people DO NOT stay here, I was promised by the manager Ahmed I would get a refund he would approve which he didn’t, overall terrible experience and did ruin my holiday.

We had a terrible experience. The windows did not open and were unclean. The carpet was unclean too. The beds had one pillow per person with no headboards on the bed. We had no towels and were told they were waiting on the towels - we got these just before checkout. Overall an unpleasant experience.

The room has wooden bunk beds but they are very old and weak made noise every time when the children moved . The shower was broken and leaking unable to used it . No towels provided until I asked for it , we’ve been family of 4 two towels only for all !! The are no socket near to the bed struggling to charge the phones or using my CPAP machine as I have sleep apnea.
