The experience was not good. I was placed on the 15th floor. So I asked if I could come down lower so I was put on the 11th floor. I paid for ocean view with kitchenette but when I asked to be put lower they gave me side view no kitchenette and the toilet did not work. Gladly my husband is a Plummer. I do not know if I could stay here again

Nice pool area and rooms. Friendly staff. We went during off season but wasnt aware that outdoor bar would be closed during weekdays and the coffee shop. That would of been nice to know up front.

After booking on 8/12 at 1:56 pm I called to see if we needed to do anything else and the staff member that answered was very rude and really wouldn’t explain the 150 extra fee that she said we had to pay upon arrival. I wanted to cancel our trip with them after this interaction but unfortunately it was non refundable. Now upon arrival the staff working on 8/27 around 1-2pm was extremely welcoming and very nice they explained everything to us! They even let us check in early as well! Now unfortunately when we got to our room we noticed that there was mold on the ceiling and the balcony door handle was broken. I took pictures of this because I did not want to be charged for damages as it states on the brochure they give you. The area outside in the hallway before our room door was also very soaked. Before booking you should know if you want to use the swim up bar you might want to make sure there is a lifeguard on duty the time of your booking. Our whole stay we did not get to use the swim up bar due to being told that there was no lifeguard on duty. Now what we did like about the hotel was that if you did not have a key card you could not enter the building but unfortunately the parking garage gate was left open all day and was accessible for all. Area around: A few blocks down there is an amazing shop that has extremely good deals we got hoodies buy 1 get 2 free. A few more blocks is Friendlys best place to eat! Right beside Friendlys is an amusement park great for kids!

They are in the process of upgrading some items but you can tell it's a hotel from the 70's/80's that used to allow smoking. The pool that they rave about was very dirty and showing it's age. Coming from Florida it was basically what I expected for a beachside economy resort.

My girlfriend and I had a lovely time at Hotel Blue over the labor day weekend. We knew the area isn’t the best and the buildings are old so if you’re looking for excellence, stay at the more expensive places. Then swim up bar was our favorite thing, drinks were cheap and tasty! Walking distance to the shore

Had to pay for parking, there was an AC unit leaking in front of our hotel door (to get into our room, the elevator was janky to say the least (we got stuck in the elevator), the bed and towels had small stains, and the bathroom paper toilet roll was held in by silicone caulking. But at least the hotel room was fine and the view was amazing!

Have stayed here twice. We had a great stay. It’s a great spot and close to the airport. Our only complaint was the that the swim up bar wasn’t open because there was no lifeguard. Would definitely stay again.

Had a two night stay here, had a great time at the pool with the bar and live DJ. Hotel grounds were clean, our room was clean and AC worked great. Our only complaint is the bed is very firm. Had a great experience.
