Left out in the cold
The property is OK, but I couldn't get in on arrival by 0 Celsius outside. It took me one hour to get in touch with someone. Apparently he had sent me instructions over What'sApp, which I never use, and didn't bother to find out if I ever received them. To me this is the worst sin a hotel can do to you. How difficult is it to tell your customers at the time of booking: "You will receive a code via What'sApp"? On the contrary I was left to believe that there WAS a receptionist after 18h at the hotel. I'm furious.
