Very interesting! A man was being arrested for having dogs in his room as we were checking in. Pretty sure a family was living in the room across from us as well as seeing a school bus stop there to drop a child off.

Avoid this Place!
Terrible stay! The place is run down and there are buckets in the hallway collecting water dripping from the ceiling. The place smells like smoke, weed and mould. We checked in very late at night and checked out first thing in the morning.

AVOID this place!
This entire hotel smells deeply of smoke. The "gym" consists of two machines. The restaurant/bar/lounge is never open. The pool is out of service. Nearly every piece of furniture and fixture is damaged. There is a cockroach infestation. There are cigarette burns and assorted unidentifiable stains all over the place. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
My wife and I were stopping for a 1 night stay. The room was a disaster (see pics). It looked like a tornado went through there and no one cleaned it up. The bad part is that the pics don't show how bad it smelled in there. The room smelled of rotting death. When I went to the front desk and they could care less. They gave me a a different room that was cleaner but full of bugs. We drove 5+ hours and I just needed to sleep so we stayed but left very early. Never Ramada again, and especially not this one. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Avoid this place
This was the most disgusting place i have ever stayed. New York is a non smoking state, but our room and my clothes still reek of smoke. Trash was throughout the hallways and probably the owners children were running up and down the halls until 11pm. Found 2 bugs in our room within 30 minutes of check in. Cracked sink, dripping faucets, i could go on, but save yourself from this nightmare.

A lot of change
We have stayed here for the past ten years enroute to home. They used to have breakfast included - no more. We felt safe before but were concerned about the need for security guards now. Our room had mold in the bath caulking and red stains in the tub. The towels were rough and thin. The beds were ok before but this one felt like we were sleeping on a board. Minimal pillows compared to before caused some unpleasant heartburn. All of this for over double the price per night from about five years ago.

While the room was large, 2 room suite for $200 per night, the tub was very dirty. The linens in the bathroom were fairly old and no longer a clean white color. The security glass around the reception desk was unsettling, and must be reflective of the area. The overall condition of the property needed improvement.

This was the eorst experience I ever had. Never believe Expedia because they should have dibe their research on this hotel before they even advertised this garbage hotel. First of all this a hotel for migrants and there kids. Its a shelter for the migrants. They have roaches in the room and I have the video. On top of that the Newburgh police department had to come out and they wad chasing someone threw the hallways, I didn't know what to do at this point. Expedia never advertise this place as being a shelter for the migrants.Customer services here is horrible. I just wanted out of there and Expedia need to give me a total refund. When I google for a number for Expedia no number is coming up to call them. Please stay far away from this hotel is n not safe. The hotel would not give me a full refund because I order my tickets from a third party which is Expedia. I was not able to contact Expedia at all. Wish me luck for a full refund from this rat hole that they advertise as being good hotel. Stay far away from here. Very dissatisfied, .

It is in need of refurbishing and/or a deep clean. Part of it is being used as a shelter. I had no problems with the shelter population, but the price I paid was way too high for what it is.

Not even worth staying for last minute option
Flight got cancelled at 11:30 at nearby airport, just needed place to crash for a few hours. Knew it wouldnt be the best but…
Rooms 310/305:
-Staff assigned me room which had an open door on approach and shoes inside.
-Went back and got key to another room a few doors down. This time the door was closed on approach. Room smelt like smoke which was pretty bad. I was so tired at this point I just accepted it and tried to sleep. Bed was fine but I just laid on top of the covers.
-Woke up couple hours later to someone talking in hallway and then constant beeping of a smoke alarm.
-Stayed up at this point and just tried to band some emails out before heading back to airport.
-Went to take shower, and the tub was stained all over, just very dirty looking, just overall creeped out at this point.
-Ten minutes later hear voices coming from hallway again and manager opens door with another man. They see me and immediately shut it. Just another glowing red flag.
-No breakfast, morning manager fumbled his words as I left shortly after the encounter to apologize. (8:30 am)

This place was awful. Do not believe what they say they have regarding amenities. There is no restaurant, it has been closed for years. There is no breakfast or coffee in the morning. The pool is closed. The "fitness center" is a tiny room with a stationary bike that does not adjust at all, an elliptical which screeches with every rotation, a treadmill I didn't bother trying, and a few dumbbells scattered on the floor. There was a moth in our room as soon as we entered and a tobacco tin under the bed. We couldn't get out of there fast enough.

Never again
The person at the desk wouldn't stop talking or conducting personal business to check is in, couldn't hear him through the glass, that should have been the first clue to walk out. We weren't told where to go once Keira were given, then they didn't work and we had to go back twice.
For a no smoking hotel the room smelled of smoke.
The bathroom door didn't stay closed. There were a sets of 3 stairs to walk up each landing.
Surprised that this is a Ramada Inn!

Sweaty night stay
Had to get a room lost power for the night if that wasnt the issues I would've just left . Blanket had cigarette burn, room was very hot turn on ac to at least get it comofrtable with no help what so ever woke up sweating amd uncomfortable. Jump in the shower barely any hot water or water pressure and one of that towels was dirty or with a stain had to use a hand towel and wash cloth to dry up. Over all I would not recommend.

The hotel itself is not so bad a little run down but there are transients living in the hotel. Hanging their laundry outside the windows to dry. People fighting in their rooms so loudly that I felt unsafe. Hand railings not secured. I almost fell. Four security guards in the hallways on the first floor. Felt unsafe. Left and did not spend the night. I discovered a used bar of soap left in the shower when I arrived in my room. Manager couldn't care less about any of my complaints
