Good location ~ good facility ~ sound proofing
Convenient location; feels like new location; not a lot of amenities but the area offers everything including a gym right next door. The only drawback is sound- 5th floor room, I could hear everything happening on the street and construction.

I am rating the service at the reception as very poor. I was expecting a package and informed the staff at the reception when it was due. I tracked the package and informed them they had attempted delivery which they denied. The post office made 2 attempts and had to send the package back. I now have to expedite the package and spend almost 4 times the amount i would have received the package and brought back into the USA myself.

Fiyat performans açısından çok iyi bir seçim
Otel ve oda çok temizdi. Iki asansörün biri devamlı servis dışıydı. Bu da bekleme süresini uzatıyordu. Kahvaltı yeterli çeşitlilikteydi ancak kahvaltıya ayrılan bölüm lobideydi ve yeterli büyüklükte değildi. Ulaşım ve alışveriş açısından otelin konumu çok iyiydi.

No parking aside from a 6 min walk away
There is no parking! Staff were unhelpful is giving us the time to allow us to unload vehicle of children, cases and suit carriers and persisted in harassing my husband in moving the vehicle after just a few minutes in the middle of Storm Bert. Bedrooms are very small and the sofa bed has the thinnest mattress. Breakfast was hearty and staff were very helpful and kept everything fresh and tables clean. We opulent however return when there are subsequently far better options. Friends of ours attending the same event stayed at the premier inn and the aerodrome hotels and these were much better. We ended up taking the car to the event and catching an Uber back as couldn’t walk from the multi storey 6 minutes away with the storm which is the recommended parking.

La bonne surprise
Nous n'avions pas trop de doutes sur l'hôtel compte tenu des commentaires et effectivement, il est comme sur les photos et le personnel et très agréable. Bien situé pour rejoindre Londres car situe entre les 2 gares qui vous amèneront à la capitale. Attention, il y a deux types de trains, le national et le régional (overground). Le nationale vous déposera à Londres en 17 minutes. Les 2 sont accessibles avec le one day travel pass ou la oyster card mais pour le nationale les enfants sont 1/2 tarif alors qu'ils sont gratuits dans le régional 😉. En effet, nous avions des doutes sur la localisation de l'hôtel mais finalement nois nous baladions le soir à pieds jusque tard le soir pour dîner ou simplement en rentrant de Londres aves les enfants et tout s'est tres bien passé. En plus l'hôtel est situé au centre ville où il y a tous les commerces. 2ème tips, garez votre véhicule au parking a étage du centre commerciale, il est accessible en 5minutes a pied et c'est ce qui est le plus avantageux. Se garer dans la rue vous demandera de repayer tous les matins poir ne pas avoir d'amende, il nes pas possible de payer plus de 6h ni de la veille au lendemain. (68£ lamende quand même alors que le parking coute 10£/j). Attention néanmoins, le parking ferme à 22h ou 22h30.

The WiFi was not connecting from 10pm yesterday night. That was frustrating. We had to use our phone data. Aside that, the service was okay. The breakfast was good.
