Not a good experience
I showed up to find that 3/4 of the hotel was under construction, which I have not been told. There was no Wi-Fi and when I called the front desk, she was astounded to find that she didn’t either. Had no idea what to tell me. I also found out that because of the instruction, the gym was closed. It was very nice that they offered free passes to the Y across the street, but I definitely would not have stayed if I had known I had to go elsewhere to use the gym. On the whole, very disappointing.

Dont bother! Hilton do better!
No where in ads, website, or communications from the property or from hotels.com did i get notified of massive construction being done at hotel. I reserved bc of pool and restaurant access bc i stayed over Christmas to be close to family. There is remodeling so there is no restaurant and my family had to figure out where else to meet up as a large group, there is no pool and instead a day pass to the Y down the street is given. There is also no where that tells me what the pet fee is so on top of my $300 stay i owed another $75 per night. Other comps around without the mess and inconvenience are much less. There are many ways they couldve remedied such an inconvenience or at least let me know the few times i contacted them and at time of booking and they did not. On top of the llumpy inner spring mattress that rolls you to the middle of the bed, flat pillows, and the bed frame coming apart. the name Hilton doesnt mean anything like it used to. I am so angry that on christmas i had to spend it improvising everything bc no warning of construction was given, and how insanely uncomfortable it was. Never ever again Hilton!!

I have been waiting to write this review because although I had some issues during my stay, I tried first to talk to the general manager Kayla Garcia about my concerns. I have left multiple message on her voicemail but have never received a call back. I booked a stay in October and arrived a bit early to check in. I was given a key to my room at that time but told that the room was not ready yet. My husband and I walked to a nearby store and returned around 3:30pm. Check in is posted for 3pm. I inquired at the desk to see if my room was ready yet. But Faith, a front desk employee said it was not. When I asked why it was still not ready even though it was after 3pm, she rudely told me that check in is not actually at 3, thats just when they are allowed to check people in, not an actual check-in time. Excuse me, what? Well finally our room was ready and we checked in. However around 7am, someone opened up the door of our room while my husband was just stepping out of the shower. We shouted at them to get out, I went into the hall to discover a young couple there with all their luggage. They said the front desk had just checked them into this room. I went immediately to the front desk and was told that they had no record of my stay at all or a room being assigned to me. What kind of a hotel operates this way? I feel totally violated and to make matters worse the manager will not even return my call to discuss concerns. Unacceptable for a Hilton property!!

The problem was the room I reserved wasn’t ready. I was told it was still being cleaned. Waited over a half hour to be told they had cleaned the wrong room and it was gonna be even longer unless I wanted a different room. Took the different room that was a downgrade from the room I reserved. The only bright side was the check in clerk was awesome and very apologetic.

Nice location. I wish they had room service but I’m just glad that there is a restaurant in house. The bartender is a bit grumpy but you can’t blame him. Actually I rather admire him honestly because he’s practically there all by himself serving until 10pm and yet still does an excellent job of serving everyone. A few stains in the furniture makes the place feel a little unclean but overall housekeeping is very well kept and managed.

I stayed here for a wedding taking place at the hotel. It was clean and the staff was very friendly, and helpful for the most part (Nancy was wonderful).They were having issues with having rooms being ready for check in because of short staff. The wedding was at 430 and my cousin's room was not ready until about 415, so she and her son had to get ready in my aunts room. I had to switch rooms because of a misunderstanding with the rooms the were booked for the wedding. About 20 minutes after I left the room for my new room, I realized i had left my camera charger plugged above the desk. Spoke with someone right away, but it was not there anymore. Was told that the person who had cleaned the room was gone for the day. They cleaned the room in 20 minutes and was already gone? I left my name and number but have not heard from them. This was last weekend. I guess I will have to buy another charger! The Wedding was great!!!
