Had a great stay, everything is clean and room is very nice. Water pressure is great and room temperature just right. One thing gets to me a little is that the towels seem to leave a lot of cootton on my body and hands after use, which the hotel should look into it. But overall Im happy with the stay and would come back definitely if I'm in Leeds

Good central location
Good hotel in the centre of Leeds. With the new pedestrian work completed driving to this property is now very difficult so I would advise checking prior to booking. Staff were great and very helpful

Radisson Blu Leeds. Do not stay here !!!!!!
My wife and i went to Leeds for a gig. We picked the Radisson Blu due to its proximity to the venue. Check in was okay but reception were not sure if the restaurant would be open for the booking we made a few days ago. They checked and confirmed the restaurant would be open at 4pm for us. We went to our room 349. Started unpacking and noticed a couple of insects, thought nothing of this and we went to the restaurant. First off they struggled to find a menu. When we did get a menu we asked for a fish and chips and a cheese burger and salad. When the food arrived we were very disappointed. The chips and fish were from a frozen meal and the burger was dry and again from the freezer. See the pictures below of what the Radisson advertise and what we got. We complained and was offered a 50% discount on the food. The waitress apologised and could not do enough but the food was bad. As we did not have enough time to else where before our event started we eat the food as we were hungry. It tasted worse that it looked. We quickly left and had a great evening in Leeds. On return to our hotel our room had several insects all around the bed head. We could not sleep here so asked to change rooms. The reception happily got another room ready. In the morning we had breakfast in the restaurant. Most things were okay but it is the first time i have seen an egg chef burn a fried egg !!!!

There was a column in the centre of my room, which made the room cramped. Shower but no bath. And I waited 10 minutes to check in because their checkin system is so slow, and there were only 2 staff on duty at 3pm which is when checkin opens, so it's when a lot of people want to check in

Not the best
Polite check in with usual upselling. Room was an odd shape in a location which meant windows couldn’t be opened. It was horribly stuffy, glitter and someone else’s finger nail on the floor, bulbs out above the bed, broken desk light and shower. The wait between being able to flush the toilet a second time was really crazy.

Good location, great service
Lovely front of house staff with good knowledge of the area. Room very spacious and bright. Wee downsides were the shower that probably needs a service and the bathroom that would do with a deep clean.
